Great little, cozy cabin for our overnight. Enjoyed the cute touches and having our own bath. Perfect size for two.

I-25 Noise it bad as for as Noise. Noise starts at about 05:30 when campers start their Diesel and worm then up for 10-15 minutes and other Gas Vehicles to leave at 06:00. New campers coming in at Midnight and taking an hour to setup was another item I did not care for. This was my First Stay at a KOA RV Site. That is most did not abide by the quit hours. The Team that ran the Place were great

Grounds not as well kept, grass fading, trees untrimmed, too many additional RV sites crammed in along the south side. Could do without all the Marijuana smokers.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have been mowing weekly, watering as much as we can with no rain lately. Trees have been trimmed several times after the snow storm broke a lot of them. Unfortunately can't make people not do something in their own rv's

Directions given where not correct. was not a good for someone with limited walking abilities. no close garbage disposal.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The directions to the campground are pretty clear and well marked. Not sure why you couldn't figure it out. We do not have issues with anyone else with the same directions. You could have requested a closer site if you had difficulties walking as we knew nothing about it.

Nice place. Reservation issue: called the campus on Tuesday... no sites avail on Wednesday. Went online & booked a site. There were plenty of sites available. (Conversely, on Thursday, the app showed no sites available in Raton, but I called & booked a site thru the campground. Plenty of sites as well.)

Our camping group chooses this clean, friendly, campground almost yearly for one of our monthly camp outs. The staff are courteous, helpful, and very friendly, many of the sites have grass and are spacious, and the views to the south and west are lovely.

We love this park. We visit at least once a year. Clean and friendly. Always making improvements. Beautiful park, beautiful views. I had my entire family here this week, parents, kids, and grandkids. We had a great time. Love it. My only complaint isn't with the park it is with the guests. Everyone has dogs and dogs bark. Don't leave your pets in your RV. They cry and bark while you are gone.

Other than a snow storm that collapsed our tent on our first night, the stay was awesome

Nice large gravel pad and large grassy area with picnic table. Plenty of space for our puppies. Enjoyed our week!

We were just there overnight in transit, but the park is clean, well run, and scenic. Our only issue was that we were under trees (good for shade, bad for Directv :)) Dog park is very small, and would like to have something better if staying longer, but overall - a very nice park!

Due to recent snow, the RV parking was wet and muddy. The gravel for parking and driveway has sunk into the soil leaving few dry spots to walk on. No concrete pad is provided to step out on from the RV, making it difficult to avoid the mud. This KOA park did not prove to be a good value, thus would not recommend to fellow travelers. Maybe be better when dry. Personnel were friendly.

You had a nice grassy site. Not so sure how you got that it was very muddy. Yes we did just have a crazy snow storm in the middle of summer, which is not our fault. Sorry you didn't enjoy the stay.

It was just overnight on our way to Central City Colorado, however it was a very nice KOA resort. Wish we would have had more time to check out the area. Liked the fact that there was a miniature golf course onsight.

We loved staying in the Deluxe Cabin. It was clean and quick to make cool. It was 105 all weekend while we were there. The fans and two air conditioners were perfect. The staff was so kind and helpful. The KOA itself is so cute, well kept, and beyond family friendly. The cabin was a full 10/10. We will absolutely be back with our family.
