Our wiring harness from the motorhome to our TOAD was severed when we got to this KOA. They gave us the name of a RV Repairmen who came out and fixed it so we could travel the next day. We were a little late leaving waiting for the repairs to be completed. This KOA was very accommodating. The place is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

when I made my reservation, I was told I would be in B-6, a nice spot with a tree near. upon arrival they put me in B-12, a spot with no shade.I mentioned I had been given B-6. That didn't make any difference.

Your reservation said you requested the site you were in not b6. Probably miscommunication on your part. Not ours because our note when you called said the site you requested and that is the site you were in.

The electric and sewage (in particular) hookups were a considerable distance from the our RV's outlets(?). Fortunately we had a 30 ft electrical cord and 40 ft of sewage line that barely reached. The sewage hookup also was slightly uphill from the RV, on a site that wasn't quite level.

Not sure why you needed so much cords and hose because the hookups are not that far away. Maybe wrong park?

Staff was nice and helpful, cabin was clean. Prices for deluxe cabin and RV pull-thru were very high, amenities were disappointing. Sheets didn't fit main bed causing bottom sheet to roll up during the night -- result: no sleep. Bottom sheet was replaced and we slept next 2 nights; asked for a reduced fee for the first night, manager said no. Mini golf course was not maintained and not free.

This was a good location for some motorcycle riding and a nice stop between Limon CO and Dolores CO. Decent campground but our site was in sun all day and it was very hot. The pool was supposed to be open until Sept. 30 but sign said the pump broke so they closed it down. This was for a visit in mid Sept so we were very disappointed they didn't just get it fixed as it was 90 degrees out!

Unfortunately you can't get the parts you need to fix anything right now. It's out of our hands. We are doing the best we can.

This is always a noisy campground. People not respecting those around them. There was actually a bunch of gunfire next door when we arrived after all day of travel. I believe it’s the owners house. Not what you pay for and It’s also way overpriced.

What a treat to stay here. Easy to find, friendly guests, and they gave me a great site. Not all sites are good, some are close together, but they gave me an end which gave me lots of space. I was there for 9 nights, while expensive, you get what you pay for. The staff were outstanding - all of them. Just an amazing experience. Thank you Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA!

Ashley was very helpful taking my reservation when I couldn’t complete online. Lots were very close together, and we had crabby neighbors. Nice, clean and hot showers. Nice stay overall.

The hosts were the best. The park was on a hill overlooking the countryside. I was having a little problem with my truck. They worked very hard trying to get me some help. Help came the next day and they were right, Allen used his electronics and found the problem, got me back on the road. He charged me a fare price for the work done. The park was very clean, hosts were great!

Really liked Deluxe Cowboy cabin. Wished there was screens on the windows and a screen door like on the smaller cabins. That way not so many bugs get in.

One night only. Map was very confusing, good thing we got an escort. Full hook up on mostly level site. Great pizza delivery in the area.

It was mice and relaxing. Cabins need more attention. The cabin we stayed in had a tissue from the previous renter. We watched a person clean the other cabin and it was less then 5 minutes. Dumb rulel about a escort to your cabin when it's right there and I've gone to that KOA for years now.

KOA parked us; I OPENED THE DOOR AND ALMOST FELL INTO THE DITCH BETWEEN THE TWO CAMP SITES. KOA parked us so close to the ditch that I WAS LUCKY NOT TO HAVE BEEN KILLED. My sister was not so lucky as she fell and was injured. other member of our group was forced to move his motor home so he could be safe. KOA could have parked us closer to the water and electric instead of so close to the drop off

I'm not sure what you are talking about a ditch. The ditch isn't near where your rv pulls into it is on the down ramp, which shouldn't have been near your door. WE knew nothing about any of this so not sure why you are reviewing on it when you never notified us about anything happening.

Wonderful time at the Pueblo KOA South. Twice a year we stay in a basic camping cabin. Basic is misleading as these cabins come with cable tv, small refer, microwave, coffee maker, ac and heater. That's quite the package for a basic KOA cabin. Rest rooms are just steps away and they are immaculate. The property is well kept and very safe. Food and gas is available at the I 25 off ramp. ENJOY!

The whole staff is very friendly and work hard. Our cabin was clean. Ashley in the office/ store, etc. Is amazing and knows customer service!

The sites are not level, the roads are rough. The internet NEVER worked. I picked this KOA for the internet. A terrible place to stay. I left after 3 days - I had planned to stay 2 weeks. I stayed at the KOA in a 40ft Class A.

Well sir the site you had reserved originally would have been perfectly level for you. The internet works just fine with no complaints from anyone so must be your equipment.

We have stayed there over the years. New owners are making nice improvments but no longer provide an expierance. No more offering welcome cookies, no activities, no breakfasts etc. Looks nice but is not consistent with other Holiday rated KOAs around the country. Disappointing...

We have not offered the activities, breakfast, cookies due to covid. Our vendors will not supply what we need. We are hoping to bring everything back next year. We tried doing as much as we could this year in the beginning until the trucker shortage hit and the vendor wont deliver due to short staff
