The campground has made wonderful improvements. The buildings are clean and well cared for. The camping sites have nice grassy areas. There are walking areas and two doggy play pens for our pets. There is a play ground and a nice miniature golf course as well as a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay. Clean well kept area. Friendly people working in the office and out in the grounds. Best WiFi we have found in a campground.

Beautiful area. Camp personnel are very helpful and friendly. The Campsites are nice. There is lush grass on the sites. Many sites are shaded by trees. . When it rained hard, the camp drainage kept the water away from the RVs. I am looking forward to my next camping trip to this KOA.

The pull thru site was at 90 degrees turn. The site was short and very narrow. Had to move picnic table on site next to ours to be able to get the slide out. New electrical box had been installed leaving the area around it a mud hole. Laundromat closed at 4:30 pm. Only good thing it was easy off and on I-25.

Your site was not a 90 degree turn. You should have got into there no issues if you followed the guide in.

Customer service is not important this KOA or their employees. The employees were very rude. They made a mistake on my day of arrival, and had not sent a conformation email. They would not change their mistake and charged me for an extra night that I did not owe. I paid 150.00 for 2 nights, that's an outrageous price.

You paid for 3 nights. You made the mistake and we had nothing to do with it. We charged you for the dates you reserved for. It is not our fault that you did not show up when you were suppose to. You were a no call no show the first night of a holiday weekend. Pay more attention next time.

myself and the club all would like to have stayed togeather but it wasn't like that. we had one spot between myself and antoher member and they put a new member in a total different spot instead of moving the two (trailer single night) to the other spot.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

WE had reservations already in that we couldnt move we had your group together. When your new member called we gave him the site that was left. If you don't get reservations in on time you get the left over site and this person was told that when they called.

After a long day of driving I stopped in to get a site. The nice lady Brittany got me checked in easily and quickly and gave me a very nice site; level, clean and big rig friendly. This place has made many nice upgrades, the place is outstanding. Brittany's helper, I think his name is Rubens, was very busy working and keeping the campground in great shape! Everyone should camp here!!

Great flexibility; had to delay our April week into May -- no problem. Added another night to our 7 days, again no problem. Great staff and area.

We just stayed overnight but was made to feel welcome. The park was very clean and had a good lay-out.

We had snow and the ground got really muddy. If they had more gravel it wouldn't be as bad. Other than the mud it is a great park

We are trying to put gravel down as quickly as we can. We have been putting but keeps snowing and had to plow and gets drug away.

Not impressed. Who ever was doing check in. Not friendly which I am accustomed to at the KOA. Some signs in the bathrooms felt harsh. Grassy areas not very well kept!

Please advise on what signs seem harsh? Turning lights off? That's the only sign in the bathroom.

This campground is a nice, quiet and pleasant place to spend a night or two while traveling through the country. It is very convenient to the highway and there are service stations and restaurants nearby. We even found a car service garage for a minor problem we had with our truck.

I really like this park. The owners are constantly upgrading the facilities. The park is quiet and well maintained. There seems to be more "long-term" tenants than in the past. I realize renting spaces is how they earn their living, and this is great revenue, but getting a reservation is tough and getting tougher all the time. I don't like to see RV parks full of full-time residents.

We have some workers here at the moment that will be leaving soon. The reason difficult to get reservation is its just a busy year. Reservations have been crazy.

Easy access from I-40 for one night. Plenty of room to maneuver the trailer for setup.

campground was nice with great views of the mts. problem with our lot, had a pine tree at front left side of lot the made it impossible to pull out and turn left. We had to back out to leave.

This was our second visit and we had a nice time. Good clean place with friendly people. The employees who showed us to our site assisted me in finding a screw for my door latch and I got it repaired. Thanks so much!!

The front desk staff (Mary and Michelle) were so welcoming and friendly. Tony escorted us to our site and assisted us in backing in. He even moved boulders to insure we would not hit them. We discovered the sewer hook up was quite a long way from our RV, so Tony offered us two more of his own hoses to use during our stay. Only issue was request to change our type of site. We agreed to do so.

Nice park. Some turning could be a little tight for large rigs. Site was a little unlevel but not bad.

Power went out twice during our stay. The second outage damaged our 5th wheel (despite an EMS + rig-wide surge protector). The hot-tub was an exciting amenity, yet was pad-locked and across from check-in along the main entrance road? Hardly inviting. The wifi was weak and dropped out constantly. The pet areas were small and mostly dirt. That said, the staff were lovely and grounds maintained.

The electrical issue was on your end as no one else experienced any power outage. Dog parks both have grass, one of which is fresh sod. The hot tub isn't open at the moment. Sorry your rig had problems but we are not to blame.

Certainly adequate. Nice people. $10 over what it should be for what you get. But, that is the KOA way. And, no competition in the area. I stay as a travel stopover, and will again.

The price of everything goes up every year. You certainly do not have to stay at our park if you are not satisfied with the price. Especially if you are going to give us a bad rating each time.

Just stayed one night while traveling. Parts of the park are older and well used but they are continually upgrading the park. Managers were friendly and helpful. We have used this park several time in past years and will continue to. Thanks. Mike and Brenda

First time stay. The staff were all super friendly and bathrooms very clean. All spaces seemed level. Some were small and others large. We will definitely be back.

Loved all the new improvements this year. New electric meters at each site. Grounds look really nice with new sod. Nice dog runs with grass and agility equipment The miniature golf course nice, needs some improvements to the greens.
