Such a terrific facility. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The staff constantly went above and beyond their daily duties and responsibilities. The grounds were well maintained. The restrooms were always clean. Pueblo South KOA is top notch!!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful . A very clean campground ! My grandson had a great time swimming, putt putt golf and the playground . We will be back again !!

Hospitable staff. Nice patio pull-through with great views. Clean and large. However, the grass really needed mowing between each of the sites. The sticker burs were nasty in my hookup area. The propane fill tank was one of the most well placed ones I’ve seen in 30,000 miles. Easy for a large coach to get to no matter which side your RV tank was located on. Easy access to I-25.

CAMPSITE WAS OK. MAINTENCE WORKER PURPOSELY TURNED ON SPRINKLERS WETTING THE INTRERIOR OF OUR VAN AND OUR HOOKUPS WHILE WE WERE TRYING TO VACATE THE SITE. THE TIME WAS 10:45 AM. THEN HE ALSO RUDELY CONTACTED MY WIFE WHILE SHE WAS WAITING FOR ME TO PULL OUT. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

So the site that you were in does not get watered with sprinklers in the day time they are automatic at night. Not sure why any of the guys would rudely contact your wife as they do not make phone calls. Maybe you are thinking of a different park. Please call and let us know who this involved.

Had spot that was fairly level with gravel and grass. Our neighbors had fire pit on the grass, placed closer to our coach than theirs. They decided to barbeque and use the fire pit also. With the wind, the smoke blew directly at our coach, we could not open windows to enjoy cool air. They left, fire was still smoking, had possible KOA family members their too. Didn't feel we could report it.

Mary and husband We’re very rude and not Customer service friendly absolutely will not stay here again while they are working here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which is sad cuz this one is one of our favorites And this is the first time we ever had an issue

When you book a spot for 2 nights and then do not depart or answer your phone and we have people coming in its kind of a big deal. Please pay attention to your reservations next time. If you have been here before you should know this is a full park and we need to be on point with reservations.

Stayed here 12 days used it as home base while visiting family. Very nice campground clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is the laundry had troubles not enough machines working when we were there probably fixed now but we went in to Pueblo to do laundry

One of our very favorite places to stay for baseball and softball tournaments and games. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

Spaces were very very small. Couldn't put out my awning. No place to hardly put out chairs for two people. Sites were terrible. Store had nothing in it. Would not recommend this campground to anyone.

Great view from our site. My Three Sisters restaurant which is close by is excellent as well as the golf course in Colorado City. Check in process was easy and staff very friendly. We did not use any of the facilities as we were in our 40’ class a motor home.

The park is one of my favorite. The sites are well kept the park is clean and the staff very friendly. The only drawback is that is so far for services but that is part of the draw also . We enjoyed our stay very much and intend to come back.

Wonderful park, very neat and tidy. We were in Site E4 which was long enough for our 45ft Class A plus toad. Lots for kids to do here. Definitely would come back here.

2nd time we have stayed here, usually just an overnight but staff is friendly sites are pretty level. Easy in and out facilities clean and nice.

Overly eager to get money. That was an older lady at the check in. No res. Then Bob had to show me ( he thought) how to park in a really crappy lot, B9. After that it was okay. I called the office due to no catv hookup. A Nice guy came, loaned a cable and got it hooked up by our patio (?) . He and his wife were great. Overall I paid for a crappy lot. We love this campground and stay there a couple of times a year. I was disappointed when a member of our party could not stay where the big rigs supposedly stay and, therefore, could not be right next to us. I did not feel that the policy was enforced when there were several pull behind, smaller campers that were put right next to us. I think this policy needs to be revisited or truly enforced.

We had a great time at the KOA the only thing is I think you need it more bathrooms where the trailers are that’s my only concern

We have two sets of bathrooms for men's and two sets for women. Each have 3 toilets in each one. Sorry if you missed them.

Sites are very uneven and hard to know what site is what. Even and then drop off at the end of the sites

Everything was great but there were goatheads stickers everywhere

I was very disappointed in the service. Water was off, electricity was off, cabke was on and off. I needed to stay a few extra days due to a family death and no help from staff. Doubtful I would stay again.

Umm I believe you have the wrong park. We have had no issues with electric or water so not sure where you stayed. If you had stayed here and needed extra nights and we had the space open we would definitely accommodate but if we had a full park coming in there is nothing we could do about it.
