Remote location friendly staff clean showers but not hot water or good pressure. Amenities in office very over priced Buy elsewhere. Some shaded sites. Go to Fountan CO Closer to stores and restaurants

I'm not so sure where you get overpriced items at because we do not mark anything up. It is all listed at cost. The showers have hot water you must just not have had the knobs adjusted correctly.

Wonderful KOA in the whole. Site KD-19 on the other hand was less than ideal for our setup with the utilities oriented so far back on the back-in site; could not drain our tanks and had to use our electric extension. Suggest moving utilities to the middle of the site away from the cabin.

Overall the campground is very nice. However, as long-time KOA members, staying for 4 nights, we were assigned a very minimal site. Absolutely no shade and when the awning was out, it basically encroached on the neighbor's site and hookups. We were given option to move, but felt the sites were no better. There were angled sites apparently saved for bigger rigs that went unused during our stay.

Thank you for the clean bathrooms. Electric service hookups orientation alternate on each site so that rv door opens to neighbors door. No privacy. Was that a layout error? Also so close to Highway could hear the truck tires on the road.

Have stayed there 4 times. Always very professional. Nice restaurant (High Octane) and bar up the street.

Employees very kind, very nice site, very well kept campground. This is not an unkind comment because I understand how people drive. The rocks could be a little farther off the driveway, we had rocks at the back of our sight that if you were not careful you could damage your camper. That rock really, should be removed.

Clean, scenic, lovely amenities, super nice people. Staff & other guests sang Happy Birthday to my 89 year old Mother on her special day. So SWEET!

The campground was clean, the staff super kind and helpful. The amenities that were available was great. Sad to say the hot tub was one of the reasons we booked there was chained up and closed both days we were there.

Sites differed in width so you were stuck with assignment. Our was a little narrow. When adjoining site open staff golf carts would zip thru constantly. Relatively convenient to Pueblo/Colorado Springs. Not much close by worth seeing. Amenities (laundry, etc) available only when office open . Nice staff, CG could use some attention in spots.

Nice people, nice sites. Pool area needs some work and the "decorative" boulders at the edge of the roads can make it difficult for large rigs to go around. Due to the layout of sites, recommend a couple more "Exit" signs to get out.

Check-in staff was excellent. The main reason I stay mostly at KOA's on the road is for convenience. They're close to highways, electricity and water pressure are never a problem. Unfortunately the laundry facilities are only available from 8-11am and 3-6pm if you're only staying 1 night. A lock like the bathrooms had would help, although the womens lock was broke and required someone guard duty.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The laundry facility is open everyday from 8am- 700 pm. We do not close the laundry in the middle of the day you must have the wrong park. The outside lock to women's bathroom got broken but no need for someone to stand guard as all the stalls inside lock properly.

It was fine would be nice to have a fire pit on all sites and please clean the showers !!!! They are dirty and smell bad

The showers are cleaned daily. There has been multiple incidents of kids messing around and messing with the bathrooms so maybe you caught it on one of those days or you have the wrong park.

The pool is horribly dirty, the putt putt course is full of thistles and hard to walk in, especially for children. There is no shade so if you do want to play, it has to be early morning or late afternoon. The "general store" has very few supplies, no essentials like milk, eggs, bread... Probably won't be going back to this one.

Busy facility, great for kids/families. Most sites are narrow with little grass/outdoor area around RV but if lucky larger sites with nice views exist. A few restaurants nearby worth visiting. Highlight for us was exploring the area. Attentive staff.
