The staff was very friendly, however camper sites were too close together.There was no change machine in the laundry room and the office closes at 8pm-we had to drive to a car wash to get change.Also, while in the laundry room a scorpion charged at us across the floor. Not fun!The dog run was was not conveniently located.There is a horrible infestation of mosquitos - not able to sit outside :(

This was a beautiful campground. There was ample room on our site and they had some nice communal areas.

Friendly check in and staff. Recommend trees be trimmed at some sites to prevent damage to our RVs. This was a much better stay than our previous stat.

The Deluxe Cabin was great! Loved the view and very happy with the comfort and quality. Only downside was that the shower water never seemed to get very warm (but the kitchen sink always had warm/hot water). We like cool showers in the summer so it wasn’t an issue. I won’t reduce stars because we didn’t bring it up with staff & I’m sure they would have taken care of it had we done so. Very

Was really nice campground and nice facilities. Friendly people. A little far from some activities we did in Colorado Springs and Denver but would go back.

First time actually on an TV vacation. Laundry facilities clean, pool was clean, campground was also clean. Dog park a little bit of a walk, but large area.

The cabin was very nice and we liked the ammenities provided. My only concern was the weeds growing around the property. We've been to many KOA's and it was disheartening to see that some areas looked unkept because of the prickly weeds. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the ice-cream a treat!

The staff were all very friendly and kind. Location not the best; road to KOA was in really bad shape and right next to highway was pricy for the location. Unfortunately with all the haze from smoke couldn’t see any mountains or pikes peak.

Bathrooms were not the cleanest and the road noise was really bad. I wouldn't stay here again. The host was very nice.

Great location for both my vacation spots, time in Colorado springs and in Canon city. Very friendly staff. The deluxe cabin was perfect for my needs!

Most of the amenities they advertise are no longer there or are broken (no hot tub, jumping pillow, basketball hoop broken, etc), their dog park is a dirt pit that gets super muddy and is really far from camp sites, unresolved internet problems, cable had less channels than stated, the “game room” is just a table in the office with some board games, long term campers with noisy unattended dogs

Great for the short amount of time we need it. Loved the complimentary keureg. Bathroom was a little dated and less than clean. AC was also dated in cabin. Cabin latch was a little difficult to figure out. Luckily I read the “little house” books growing up so I figured it out. Fan did not work in the cabin. Super friendly and helpful staff, I’d definitely stay again!

My only complaint is the u turn you must make to get on the access road and gnats. We had a pleasant stay. Room to walk our dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful

Enjoyed my stay there. Met some nice but, the traffic on the road was noisy. People next to me had a visitor with a loud truck. So, the noise was really the only issue I had.

Men's bathroom is only a 2 stall, and 1 was out of order. The other was really trashed by a camper. However, the managers had it cleaned up and functioning that morning.

Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful site. I would like to suggest information regarding the low clearance of the underpass on Exit 108 traveling north on I-25. We had to get back on I-25 and go to the next exit to find an underpass tall enough for our 5th wheel.

We only stayed one night it was a nice place a little noisy with train whistles but very nice people and no other problems.

The campground itself and the people who staff it are very nice. It sits right next to I-25 and what seems to be a major rail intersection so noise levels are quite high. Our site was not very level but we were able to get very close at our maximum adjustment, side to side. This was one of our leave-it-hooked-up nights and there was plenty of room for both our 30 foot trailer and our truck.

The men's bathroom only has two stalls, one of them was out of order, not sure if that was recent or has been that way for a long time. I hope they are fixed before I come back which should be in the next 4 months. I made my reservation online and within a week I had to call to add another day. The staff on the phone and in person are extremely friendly and helpful.
