Well, they screwed up my reservation and I was forced to stay in a hotel. I showed up at 10pm went tot he after hours pick up and no paperwork was there. Called the next day and all they said was the keys were in the cabin, asked which cabin. They told me it was in the paperwork. Then they proceded to hang up. I was very disappointed. They wouldn't answer my calls after that. Make sure you recheck

The owners and staff were all very friendly, I also liked how clean the rest rooms, laundry and overall campground was. If you're in the area I would say it's a good place to check out.

This was definitely better than any of the cheaper hotel stays in the area. Will definitely be back nice and quiet location.

Love this KOA. Owners are great and they put funds back into campground. I've stayed here everytime I come through. They won KOA campground of the year this year. Clean, level sites and great view of Pikes Peak.

Love this KOA! Stayed in a cabin. And for the 3rd time it was SUPER clean! I've read others complain of the train whistles at night. I enjoy them. Beautiful view from cabin and patio!

I arrived late and was very pleased at how easy to check in and find my cabin. Koa personnel wrote in red sharpie directions on the map which help me as late as it was and I was traveling with 2 small children so I was pleased at the nice greeting "we're glad you arrived safely" it was a nice touch. The only thing I might suggest is the fan by the door in the women's bathroom is really dirty.

The staff was friendly the cabins were extremely clean and the property looked well maintained with very clean bathrooms. We did find it very hard to rent cabins consistently as they were always booked.

I love this KOA! It's quiet, clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. Close to Pueblo but not too close. I stay here every year for the Chili Festival.

Very friendly staff. Nice clean camping cabin and campground. Only complaint they need a little more lighting where you turn in the campground very dark coming in at night.

We had a beautiful cabin with bathroom. It was very nice. Cabin was very nicely put together, a secluded patio with outdoor furniture and a firepit. The campground has a kitchen that serves pizza and wings that were very good. We hope to be traveling that way again to have the opportunity to stay there again. Thank you for such a wonderful facility.

We didn't spend much time, as we were in town for a dog show that weekend. However, the time we were there was great. It was nice to come back to a clean comfortable campground and cabin to come back to every night!

The first night was a little rough I am super Claustrophobic and I had no idea that the cabin had a bunk above the double bed but they were able to move me to a cabin that didn’t have that extra bunk bed. It was nice and the lady was beyond helpful at the front desk.

ALL WAS GOOD BUT ONE OF THE OVER NIGHT LADIES GOT A LITTLE AHEAD OF HER SELF AND DI NOT ASK IF WE WANTED AND THING ELSE BE FORE SHE USED OUR CREDIT CARD AND WE HAD TO BYE EVEN MORE STUFF BECAUSE OF YOUR CRAD RULE SO MAYBE A LITTLE MORE TRAINING ON YOUR PART FOR HER SO SHE DOES A BETTER JOB OF ASKING IF WE WANT ANYTHING ELSE BE FOR USING OUR CARD TWICE THANK YOU

Nice welcome with ice cream and pizza delivery available. Clean, neat and orderly place. Camping cabin w picnic table and pierce swing just right for us. Desert mosquitoes are fierce evening & morning. The staf were very personable.

The Deluxe Cabin was great! Loved the view and very happy with the comfort and quality. Only downside was that the shower water never seemed to get very warm (but the kitchen sink always had warm/hot water). We like cool showers in the summer so it wasn’t an issue. I won’t reduce stars because we didn’t bring it up with staff & I’m sure they would have taken care of it had we done so. Very

The cabin was very nice and we liked the ammenities provided. My only concern was the weeds growing around the property. We've been to many KOA's and it was disheartening to see that some areas looked unkept because of the prickly weeds. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the ice-cream a treat!

Great location for both my vacation spots, time in Colorado springs and in Canon city. Very friendly staff. The deluxe cabin was perfect for my needs!

Great for the short amount of time we need it. Loved the complimentary keureg. Bathroom was a little dated and less than clean. AC was also dated in cabin. Cabin latch was a little difficult to figure out. Luckily I read the “little house” books growing up so I figured it out. Fan did not work in the cabin. Super friendly and helpful staff, I’d definitely stay again!
