The manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She helped us with our cabin even though we were there after hours, and made arrangements for us to park our uhaul. The cabin was incredibly clean and welcoming! The manager even followed up the next morning to make sure everything was okay with our stay.

We arrived after hours, but thank goodness a couple who work there opened the office to give us the key to our cabin. They were very friendly and walked us to our cabin. The cabin was nice, except the AC wasn't on and it was very warm! It took many hours to cool down, so we didn't get much sleep until after 2 AM. Other than that the KOA was nice and clean, and everyone was very helpful!

Very friendly. I booked a tent site and was able to upgrade to a standard cabin very easily. Great accomodations and everything was very clean.

Definitely stay and recommend to friends again. I just didn't agree with the $15.00 early check in fee. It was not necessary since i was on a trip by myself with my 2 dogs. It was a ridiculous expense. Being this was an emergency trip to and from Houston Texas to Buffalo, Wyoming. I think you should drop the 15.00 early check in fee. Not right!! Sincerely Cindy Y Sword

We loved the deluxe cabin. Prices were great for firewood and pizza. It was so nice to have it delivered. What a beautiful landscape! And it was so peaceful at night. See you again one day! We never wanted to leave!

Stayed in the deluxe cabin and was very happy with it. Very clean, wonderful patio and outstanding Mountain View. Very clean campground. Wonderful staff as well.

The cabin was great. People were great. The problem was you could not sit outside the knats and flys were really, really bad. Need to spray stone and soil areas to kill them.

Love this KOA. 2nd time staying here. Ownership is there and available along with a wonderful staff. You really should plan your route to allow for time here. It is a great base camp for day trips to experience Colorado! (Like Pagosa Springs, Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Buena Vista, Salida.)

We loved our view & patio. Cons: pool closed without notice. Hours after checkout we were called for the remote BAG. We'd left the site spotless & a tip. The bag-return demand/lack of courtesy ruined it. We returned unpacked found the tiny canvas bag and returned it. No appropriate customer service was given in return. Our call to management was nonresponsive. Service is #1 to us. Thus the fail.

We stayed in a kamping cabin. It was exactly as described & exactly like the others I’ve stayed in at KOA’s. There is no shade at this KOA & in the summertime, it’s HOT!

I stayed at Pueblo KOA Journey and I just had the most enjoyable time. It is beautiful for star gazing and watching sunsets. It was peaceful and it was close to Pueblo and Pueblo Lake State Park. I will be going back next week with my daughter! The staff is amazing!

we stayed one nite in the adorable camping cabin #8. It was perfect for us and our canine baby. Had we been hoping to hear the night noises of the dessert we would have been sadly disappointed, instead, we slept to the sounds of the highway and train transport. Darling lil cabin.

Great staff, cabin was very nice, very clean campground, my only suggestion would be to put a loveseat in the deluxe cabins, other then that, had a peaceful stay.
