Great stop on the way, great place to spend some quality time relaxing and doing stuff around the RV. Many excellent fire pit gathering places around the campus. Will make it a stop anytime we are leaving Colorado for places south . Thanks much !

The hosts were great about getting our site arranged as several things were missing that were supposed to be there per our reservation. The campground is beautiful, the bathrooms are very nice.

We were greeted by friendly people and were personally guided to our site. The person was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Had a really nice patio site. Owners were nice and the place was overall quiet although it was early in the year.

People are very nice, the nightly noise from the train whistles is TERRIBLE, keeps you awake all night, getting in is difficult if you have a large Motorhome and towing.

There was a sign for a pizza place inside the campgrounds which would have been nice as we came in around dinner time (5:30-6); however they weren't open :( The office had cute giftware, no issues with power, water or sewage. Noisy due to the highway and train. Saw cute cabins which looked nice. Friendly folks in the office too!

Bathrooms very clean. Nice layout - we loved our view early in the morning. Reaching the campground requires going under the freeway in a one-way tunnel - Yikes! Wish we could figure out how not to play chicken with a bunch of big pickups to get there. But the view was worth the effort.

We stay at the Pueblo KOA every year on our way south. Each time we stay there I remark on how it has improved in the last several years. It is obvious that the owners have worked very hard to make it a very nice place to stay. It is kept very neat and tidy, the campsites are nicely graveled and the camping cabins look wonderful. Congratulations to the owners for all their hard work.

Loved the private fenced in area/yard we had for our kids and dogs. It was completely fenced didn’t have to worry about kids running into the road and dogs having there own (not shared with public) area. I wish more campgrounds had these. Only reason I did not give it a 10 was the park wasn’t very young child friendly it’s more for older kids.

We just bought a new 5th wheel and wanted to take it somewhere close to home to make sure everything was working. We were pleasantly surprised and loved this campground. Would highly recommend!

Very nice KOA. The sites are well marked, clean and level. They have done a lot of improvements since our stay a couple years ago. Very clean showerhouse. We were in a 30' motor home.

Staff was very helpful during my stay since I was broken down and a jammed TV door. The downfall was I had to go out of the campsite to get internet amd wifi which is a priority and important to me.

Hi Tonya, Thank you for your review. We know our internet has not been the greatest. BUT! We are getting a new system in the next couple of weeks. There will be plenty for everyone! Give us another chance. Hope to see you again.

This park is beautiful, nice off leash dog park with water available for the pups, laundry facilities are very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The location is just far enough out of town to be quiet with wonderful mountain views but close enough to shopping, parks and amazing hiking spots! Would definitely recommend!

We needed some supplies to get or septic tank hooked up. The store hours said they were open till five my husband got there at 4:50 And the gal said we’re closed , and they would not let him purchase anything even though officially the store wasn’t supposed to close for another 10 minutes. And he would’ve had time to purchase what we needed. But on a good note, it was super clean and nice.

Hi Deb, We are sorry you weren't able to get what you needed. Our store is open until 6 pm and I'm surprised that the staff didn't help. I know that we don't have a lot of inventory of RV supplies this time of year and hope it was a case of us not having what you needed. I will check into this.

They were absolutely wonderful to work with. So kind and helped us every way they could for us to be comfortable . Rough weather ,terrible drive.. it was so good to nestle in and feel like we were at home... Even had a K—9 park which was great for our two pooches.. definitely stay again when through this area.

Stayed here for 15 weeks for a work assignment and had an excellent stay. We stayed in the west end of the park where we enjoyed views of the desert and Pikes Peak. Interstate and the train noise was minimal. Laundry room was always clean and washers/dryers worked wonderfully. The staff was exceptional. Appreciated that they picked up garbage and filled propane tanks at site. Would stay again.
