Wings and bits were very reasonable and welcome surprise after the road trip with delivery to the door outstanding service with very outstanding help a disabled couple traveling through.

Very pleased with our stay. I get the feeling this KOA is mostly a stop-over point for folks, but we stayed for two nights and explored the area (we only live a few hours away). Bathrooms were clean and stocked, camp spaces weren't too crowded, the hook-ups worked great and the staff was very helpful.

Campgrounds themselves were great! Shower and restrooms needed some attention, no paper towels. Shower stalls not cleaned for the 2 days that we were there. Wi-Fi never did connect. Staff and help were very friendly. We will return!!!

Friendly staff. Hookups were easily accessed. We were there in a crazy thunderstorm and our power went out twice, the restroom was locked when I tried it, but other than that it was great.

Host/owner Grant walked around the CG checking on folks and gave us tips on sites to see/things to do in the area. This CG had wide spaces between site rows, and pull-throughs long enough to keep your toad hooked up at the site. Conveniently located, easy access to/from I-25.

Very pleasant campground with lots of room between sites. One long-term camper seemed a bit upset by our presence.

Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there. not a luxurious KOA. Rain made the site a mud bath. The Internet provider is WORTHLESS!!!! When no one lese was in the park, we could get on the Internet. When anyone else was there we MIGHT be able to get on but then the connection would be so interrupted it was not worth trying. CHANGE THE PROVIDER of your Internet.

It was a holiday weekend so some drop off in services can be expected. However, restroom was out of paper, stopped up toilet and in desperate need off cleaning. We checked in and the office was closed (12:30 in the afternoon) after we adventured out when we returned the office was closed for the evening. We were unable to access the WiFi since they don’t provide the access code on the ‘night c

My only complaint is the side street traffic on the right side of campground (our spot was in the last row to the right) -- I already wear ear plugs because of my husband's snoring, so they worked pretty well to block out the noise of passing vehicles. Otherwise, campground was clean, amenities are great, late check in was a breeze, dump station easy to use, loved the layout.

Stay was OK but the bathrooms could use some attention: toilets out of paper, women's showers not clean, no soap in some of dispensers. Also, couldn't get connected to wi-fi even after contacting tech support.

Grant makes you feel like you are family and is very customer service oriented. Have stayed there many times since 2003 and will continue to do so.

Nicest place in Raton! WiFi leaves a little to be desired if you’re depending on it…otherwise not an issue for camping!

We were in and out with only electric and water used. But, what I like best is how quiet it is there. Also the size of the spots.
