We stayed for almost a week in one of the cabins. Very nice, clean and the people there were so friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay there again when we're in the area.

Amazing! The cabins are perfect for a low key getaway when we don’t want to stay in a tent. KOA is close to many activities - hiking, fishing, scenic drives. Staff is friendly and knows the area well, able to provide things to do.

Stayed in a cabin.Very quiet, away from the main highway. Friendly and responsive owners. Clean bathrooms that lock! (Some of them don't.) The room was heated when I got there with a small space heater. So it was comfortable as soon as I walked in. I also like that they have screen doors with a little hook lock on them. My favorite KOA.

My stay was nice. Bathrooms are close. Bed are mediocre at best. But biggest complaint is the lack of outlets in the cabin.

Grant was a wonderful host and made me feel welcome. I love the Raton cabins and mostly the fact you have a screen door so my cat can watch me when I am outside.

We stayed in the Camping Cabins. The Cabins have always been clean and have a small refrigerator if you ask. The restrooms are in good shape, just need to be cleaned more often. The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. Will stay there again.

We have stayed at this KOA location several times in the past. The cabin was comfortable as usual, but we were not aware that due to renovation there was no microwave available. We brought food that needed prepared in a microwave. The host told us to go to the gas station and ask them if we could use their microwave. A better solution to the problem should have been provided.

Cabin was very dirty. I wiped bed down and swept floor. It could not have been cleaned recently. Because nothing is furnished, even for $50.00, I would expect it to be clean.

We stayed two nights in one of the cabins. Our stay was very nice. Loved the cabin. Restrooms and showers were very clean. We will come back �

Very basic facilities, most was under renovations. no communal sink, no laundry facilities. I made reservations 7 months in advance & was told there was sink for dish washing and microwave if needed. Neither of these were avail. Also bed in cabin felt like it was going to break under our weight. The wood creaked and sagged, I clung to the side so I didn’t roll in the night. Very clean facility.

Staffs are very friendly and kind. But, that place WiFi was fool connection, never worked they need more update for customers. Just one night passing to trip will be ok, if you emergency stops.

Very clean kabin and bathrooms. Nice dog park with provided baggies. Overall, very nice. Look forward to another stay in the future. Lisa and Grant are wonderful and very accommodating with special circumstances.

We arrived super late and luckily there was one cabin left. (Note: they only have two cabins, this is a small KOA). The manager/owner on duty finished cleaning our cabin quickly. The bathrooms were fairly clean, I did not use the showers. This town was our only choice being so far from a major town. It was a pleasant stay.

Our daughter went to the restroom at 3am and there was a man and a woman in the shower stall together. They had clothes strewn across the entire sink counter and floor. There was a vehicle parked outside the restroom that I assume was theirs and I do not think they were campers. I believe they were vagrants who were there to use the facilities and obviously had the code to the restroom. Unsafe!

Very quiet and cozy. Was late checking in and had to call to get into the cabin but the response time was lightning fast. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The cabins were clean and comfortable. Best mattresses of any KOA I’ve stayed at. Will definitely be returning!

It’s one of the more basic KOAs that we’ve stayed at. Clean bathrooms, easy laundry facilities, cabins were clean and in good shape. Other campers seemed happy with their sites.

I called in late as I was driving and left a message. The gentleman called me, back, worked out the details over the phone, and was even there to greet me even though it was just after hours. Everything in the cabin was so nice and simple. AS a solo female traveler, I love the idea of KOA wher eI know I a safe, protected, and get a reprieve from the road is a great place. Plus I earn KOA REwards

The staff was extremely friendly and cooperative with a late booking. The grounds needed mowed and the trash was blowing around the park. The dog park was a nice amenity however the wires were sharp and the shrubs has not been trimmed. We had to move to another cabin because the smoke alarm was chippering. The dog walk area was flooded so we couldn’t walk the dogs.

Wonderful people that checked us in! They are working very hard to update. The cabin we used was close to the bathrooms and very clean. Loved the screen door on the cabin.

The gift shop area was closed off, and one shower stall was down in the women's side. We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was fine. Not the best KOA we've been to (that was the one in Vernal UT), but far from the worst (West Wendover NV).
