It was an overnight layover that provided us with a peaceful and quiet night’s rest. Grant was very gracious & courteous checking us in. The campsites are level and long allowing us to remain hitched for an easier departure. What a surprise that the Robertson Family own the Raton KOA. Robertson is my maiden name. They made us feel like family. Perhaps we are. Thanks for your hospitality.

Very basic facilities, most was under renovations. no communal sink, no laundry facilities. I made reservations 7 months in advance & was told there was sink for dish washing and microwave if needed. Neither of these were avail. Also bed in cabin felt like it was going to break under our weight. The wood creaked and sagged, I clung to the side so I didn’t roll in the night. Very clean facility.

Was just a one night stay on the way back home from our Vacation, was a quiet peaceful stay, would stay here again! Love the little dog playground so our pets could get a break from their leash!

We were traveling so the stay was just overnight. The site was clean and the grass was cut and Electric and water worked well. Our leveling system was out of order but it didn't matter because the site was level.

Staffs are very friendly and kind. But, that place WiFi was fool connection, never worked they need more update for customers. Just one night passing to trip will be ok, if you emergency stops.

The park is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Currently under renovations, so amenities are a little bare, but that's to be expected. I look forward to staying here again on future trips through the area.

Easy after hours check-in. Nice dog park. Would only suggest some night lighting so you can better see your pets after dark. Camp site was nice.

We stayed one night, didn't use restrooms or showers. It was a nice quiet park off the freeway. Didnt hear much traffic noise.

Booked this location as an alternative to others we have visited in the area to take a look. A good stopover location but an average KOA in our experience; the price was right. Many improvements were underway on our arrival; such as office, store, and game room. Off the highway and quiet for sleeping. Somewhat old but VERY clean restroom and shower facilities,

We stayed for one night in a tent. Campground is somewhat close to a busy road so the traffic noise kept us up. Other than that, the campground had the expected amenities and was clean. Our kid enjoyed the playground. Within walking distance to shopping.

Wifi was available but did not allow connection to the internet. For us, there is no value to "free Wifi" if connection to the internet is not possible. We would hesitate to stay there again without assurance that both Wifi and internet are readily available.

I booked 4 nights and left after 3 nights. The restrooms and showers were not clean during this stay. I like the place, overall, but the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable.

The picture leads you to believe it would be easy to access the site. The way the road is mapped out the site was difficult to access after dark. The water pressure at the sewer dump was awful.

Excellent customer service and no hidden fees. Clean park and bathrooms. Quite and safe! We have been here for one night to a few months at different times. We look forward to this KOA, groceries close by and spaces are easy access (pull thru or back in). No stress in or out, wide entrance/exit. Propane on site.
