Everything was clean and well kept up. The gentleman running the place was super nice and looked to be the only one working, but did a great job keeping up with all the travelers checking in and people buying propane.

The cabin was just fine. Street was VERY loud. Provided heater was pretty janky. Bathrooms were not gross but not clean either.

Friendly staff and great experience. I love that they have a couple of Kabins to suit those who have no RV or tent.

We were in a bit of a bind as our trailer had mechanical issues and we had to leave it in Santa Fe. We had reserved a spot for the trailer at the Raton KOA but called and asked if they had a cabin for rent which they did. What they didn’t tell us was the cabin did not come with linens and a private bath. We didn’t have any supplies with us as we left them in our trailer. Not comfortable.

KOA is in a nice location: easy access from the highway. The only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is: the store was under construction, which I was unaware of and the wifi didn't work. Not deal breakers for my current trip but something that could have posed an issue if I'd needed to be connected. Staff was very friendly, though, and apologized. Pups loved the dog run!

That’s far this has been the smallest KOA I have had the pleasure to stay at. My only criticism is that I could not wash my dishes due to the laundry area being closed. This was the location noted in the bathrooms for us to clean up our dishes and supplies. My wife found it opened early the morning of our first full day but closed thereafter. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. Pleasant staff.

Staff was friendly. Stayed in a cabin and it was just as expected. It was perfect for me. Most tent and rv sites look like there would not be much shade. Bathrooms were clean and area was quiet. Sites to the back of the park may have some noise from the road and neighborhood. Could hear some noise/yelling when I took my dogs out after midnight.

Cabin was clean and appeared to have been disinfected. We arrived late, as planned, and clear, friendly instructions were given and cabin heater on so was warm. On check out they gave excellent advice on local openings and closures. Recommended.
