Quiet, No Train or Highway noise. Clean campground and very friendly, helpful staff. Bath House/Restroom was clean and odor free. Well done!

Reserving a spot at the Raton KOA was super easy and they had our info and what space to pull into ready for us when we arrived as a late check in. The campground was clean and all facilities in good condition. We will definitely stay here again since we travel through here often!

We stay here every year. This year we had a need to change our reservations for the days around Thanksgiving. Grant made the changes very easy and suggested how to make them happpen for our whole travel so points would not be impacted.

Great place for a night or two. Easy to get in and out. Convenient location. The restroom was clean. Plenty of places to go to. The employees were helpful and polite.

I think you were in the middle of renovating your site so giving a fair rating probably is not fair. The office was gutted. I will say that the bathroom/showers looked liked they had just been painted white - no color. It was cold in there - a shower would not have been comfortable. There wasn't much personality to the place - I expect once your renovation is done - here will be some color.

We picked up or new motorhome in Denver and drove to the KOA in Raton, NM for our first night stay in our rig. Great location, grocery store across the street, clean restrooms, big drive through full hook up spaces for us "newbies." Would recommend!

Very nice and friendly host! We enjoyed our stay and if ever back that way will definitely stay there again ! Raton is a very quaint town!

No one was at the office when we arrived at 2:30 pm. I understand staffing problems, but they should be accessible by phone when out on the grounds. otherwise our stay was fine.

We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment on them. The manager who checked us in was super friendly & helpful. The park is clean and well located if you want to walk into town.

We stayed only one night. The staff was great, facilities clean and maintained. We were at the front in B-5 so there was some road noise but not too bad. Our classic travel trailer fit right in. We will stay here again for sure!

Safe stop at the border. First time being here without snow! Pads are gravel but level. We drove to Capulin Volcano from the RV park. Easy drive and gorgeous to see… add it to your list if time permits
