Renfro Valley KOA Holiday General Information

Golf carts are not allowed on Renfro Valley KOA property, except with written authorization from management for customers with mobility issues.  Please leave your golf cart on its trailer while while not in use or locked with key removed.  Thanks!

We are open 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday and Saturday.

Outside firewood is strictly prohibitted and will be confiscated without notice due to the protection of our native trees against invasive species. We have firewood and fire starters for sale in the office, delivered for your convenience. You can also call your order in ahead of time so it's waiting for you at your site upon arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out fees apply at this KOA. Check-In Time is 12:00pm for RV's and Tent sites. Cabin check-in 3pm. If you arrive earlier than 12pm, your reservation may be subject to an early check-in fee.  Please call our office with any questions regarding these hours. Check Out Time is 11:00 am for campsites and Cabins. If you would like additional nights, please re-register by 9:30am. Late check out until 2pm for a fee subject to availability.

Cancellation for Tent and RV sites require a 7 day notice.
Cancellation for Camping Cabins require a 14 day notice.
The administrative fee for cancelling is $20.
From May 1 through October 31, any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday night is non-refundable.
Any reservations over Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day are non-refundable.

TENTS: Tents are allowed on RV sites for an additional cost. Only 1 tent per site.
FIRES: Firewood is for sale at the campground office.  Kentucky State laws do not permit campers bringing and burning their own wood.  Please see the office for specific rules.  
RESTROOM CLEANING: Between the hours of 10:30 am and 12:00 pm restrooms will be closed for cleaning.
SMOKING: Cigarette butts are one of the worst little problems.  Please make sure you are disposing of cigarette butts, or other tobacco items, appropriately.  A $50.00 fee may be charged for sites that need extra care and cleaning because of cigarette butts and other tobacco products.
TRASH: Curbside Valet Trash pick up will need to be at the curb by 11 AM.   Do not use fire rings for trash. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE AFTER 11 AM OR OUT OVERNIGHT.

Please accompany small children to the restrooms, playground, and pool.  For safety reasons, children must be on their site by dusk.  The playground will close at dusk.  Please do not allow children to play on the entrance road/hill.

Guests and Visitors to your site are always welcome at the Renfro Valley KOA Holiday, however, there is a  $5 fee, per day, per person, per vehicle for unregistered visitors.  All visitors MUST check in at the main office and get a parking passes before they enter the campground.  Guests may not park on the grass or in another vacant site.  They must park in overflow parking or on the hard surface parking areas in designated sites.

The restrooms will be closed from 10:30am-12pm daily for cleaning.

Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and attended to at all times, even little tiny dogs. Pet waste bags are provided in the park for your convenience. No pets allowed in any buildings (with the exception of service animals), pool area. No aggressive or territorial dogs allowed. Pets may not be left outside or unattended ever.

Littering fine: $25 - Charged to your site without notice. Fire pits are not trash cans or Cigarette butt cans. Check your site carefully before departure to ensure you're leaving it clean and tidy for the next guests.

For the enjoyment of all guests, please respect quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am every day of the week. Keep music very low and use your "library" voices while hanging out around campfires after 10pm.

Please do not use the fire rings for trash cans. Tie your trash up in a bag and leave it by the curb before 11:00AM, Curbside Valet Trash will pick it up after 11:00AM. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE AFTER 11 AM OR OVERNIGHT.

Swim at your own risk. Never swim alone. Pool is for pre-registered guests only. No food, glass, pets, running or rough playing in pool area. Only swimwear allowed in pool. Small children must wear swimming diapers. No children under 17 permitted without an adult per Commonwealth of Kentucky laws. Pool is open 10:00AM-10:00PM daily during the summer months.
