General Campground Information

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call our office by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival day. Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call our office by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival day. For holidays & holiday weekends, cancellations made for Accommodations within 14 days of arrival, will forfeit the entire stay. Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival or you forfeit the first night deposit. Cancellations received prior to the 30 days have a $20 administrative cancellation fee.

Store Hours

Our store is open from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (central) 7 Days a week. Summer hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (central) 7 Days a week.  We have propane gas, RV items, souvenirs, toiletries, and groceries. We are available by phone outside of regular hours and also for any emergencies on-site. Come check us out!

Late Arrival or After Hour Check in

Have a reservation and arriving late?
  • Your envelope will be inside the night registration box located to the right of the office door. This will include your site number with a map, bathroom & laundry code, wifi information and more. 

Don't have a reservation after closing hours?
  • There is a list of available sites inside the night registration box located just to the right of the office door. The list has pricing listed depending on what site type you choose.
  • Maps are also located inside the night box. 
  • Night Reg payment envelopes are located inside the night box. You may use cash or card. Once filled out, you may insert this envelope in the cut out which leads to inside the office. No one can access this except for a staff member the next morning.

Online Kamp Store Add-Ons

If you have purchased any other item besides firewood and/or fire starters when making your reservation, please know that these items will only be available during office hours. Firewood and/or Fire starters will be near your fire ring upon arrival.

Group Stays

We welcome large groups! Reunion's, birthday parties, showers, and more!. We have a large pavilion behind our office and a fun rec./game room for all ages! You can book a Cabin or RV site, or just book the Group Room for the Day! Call our office for more information.

On-site Propane

Pay for only what you need! We will only charge you for what you need! This includes your motorhome and/or your 20-pound to 100-pound tank.
Fully trained and Certified staff: Our staff are trained and certified to dispense propane to ensure your safety and ours. 
Come see us during office hours and we'll be happy to fill up your propane tank. 
We do not fill vehicles that use propane for automotive fuel. 

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in for RV sites is any time after 1:00 pm and for cabins after 4:00 pm. Check-out times are 11:00 am for all sites. If you wish to stay late or come in early, we may be able to offer that at a convenience fee if it's available. Just give us a call!

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Of course we ask that you are respectful to other campers (like you;>) at all hours by keeping noise contained to your site.

Visitors

  • All visitors MUST be met at the office by a registered guest and pay the visitor fee during office hours. 
  • We do not allow Day Use. 
  • If there are visitors on site that have not been registered, they will either be asked to leave immediately or a charge will be added to the site they were associated with. 
  • Visitors must leave the park by 10pm. Most amenities close by dark. 
  • Everyone will need a car pass. 
  • Anyone who has not registered or does not have a car pass will be asked to leave the property by any staff member. 

Pet Policy

Pets must be well-behaved and kept on a leash at all times.
Pets are not allowed in any buildings or in the pool, playground, or pond.
Pets may not be left unattended at your campsite or in cabins.
Pets are allowed in all of our cabins for a one-time fee ($10/stay for a rustic cabin and $25/stay for a deluxe cabin).
If they poop, you gotta scoop! ($25 fee will be charged to your card on file if you do not pick up your doggy's poop)
We have bags and doggy dumpsters spread throughout the park and just outside both of our KampK9s.
Sorry, no doggy fences at your sites.

Extended Stays

We offer 28 Day Extended Stay reservations. 
Pull Thru, Full Hookups 30/50amp - $550 + Electric
Back In, Full Hookups 30amp - $450 + Electric
$100 Refundable Electric Deposit is required when booking.

Speed Limit for all Motor Vehicles

Speed limit is 5mph. If you are exceeding the limit, we will call you.

Laundry

Our laundry is open 24 hours so you don't have to time it around the office hours. We have an ironing board and iron available along with a quarter machine. We also have a variety of magazines, a book exchange, and a smart television available to pass the time. You could also stop into the office to browse our store and chat with us!

Pool Policy

Our pool is open 9:00 am to 8:00 pm from May through September. POOL CLOSED FOR THE 2024 SEASON
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
No diving is allowed and children under 14 years of age MUST always be supervised.
Swim attire must be worn and a shower is available just outside the pool area.
Please help us keep the pool sparkling clean by rinsing off prior to entering the pool.
Pool toys are available in the store.
Do not drink alcohol and swim. In an emergency, notify the staff and contact help immediately. 
No smoking in pool area and no glass containers in pool area.

Firewood Policy

We do not allow outside firewood to be brought into our campground because of diseases that can be transferred. Firewood must be purchased from the campground.

Photo Release

PHOTO RELEASE I hereby grant Campground permission to use my image and likeness (photographs and/or videos) in which me, any family member, or guest appear for any of its public displays such as but not limited to websites, social media, and advertisement prints, without payment or any other consideration. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Campground to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos/video for purposes of publicizing the Campground or for any other lawful purpose of Campground. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein I appear. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo/video. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Campground from all claims, demands, and causes of action which me, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf, on behalf of an estate, or may have by reason of this authorization. It is the responsibility of the registered Licensee to inform their guests of this photo use policy. If you do not want to be photographed it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the activity while pictures are being taken.
