We had a very comfortable stay at the SALLISAW / FORT SMITH WEST KOA. There was someone parked in our camp spot and the staff was extremely accomodating to get us another space right away. They also have food available on-site that they will deliver to your space, which is VERY nice after a long day of driving. We definitely recommend this KOA!

Way to expensive. Was charged for my kids and two extra adults. When we are staying in the same Rv. Really rediculous.

When you called to make the reservation, we do explain that after 2 people it's a small fee to compensate for extra facility use. We do hope you will stay with us again to enjoy all of our activities we have to offer. :)

Loved the new section with concrete pads and appreciated staff’s help in guiding us to our spot eliminating the need to unhook our tow vehicle.

Excellent. Great communication with owner and everything was excellent. Clean, quiet and as advertised. Great price. We have been to MANY RV parks and this was one of the best!!

I’m sure that this park is lovely in the summer. We had to deal with unplowed roads and an unshoveled patio. Plenty of help available in the office, but we were told to come get them if we needed help. We chose the patio in advance to make it easier to get in and out of the RV. Very disappointed.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We always inform guests to call us if help is needed since we carry a cell phone 24/7. Once you requested it, we did come out there and shovel the patio for you. We don't get much snow ever, so we don't have big equipment to do it. We hope you'l try again!

This is the best KOA Holiday campground we've ever glamped in with super clean up to date facilities, fun kid based equipment, and even a nature walk!

Great check in. Very friendly and gave us all the information for the campgrounds and nearby activities. Site was level and great WiFi. Lots of activities for kids. Definitely will be back. Thank you for making our visit so memorable.

SUPER friendly staff/customer service. Our stay was quick (arrived at dark, left before sunrise) but I’m sure and we had a longer stay, the amenities would have been just a great as the staff was about accommodating us. Thanks again!

Have stayed with you several times and always have enjoyed our stay. Love the new concrete pads. Hope you are able to upgrade the older section with the same or gravel.

We were in the new area. The site was concrete and level. The new section is very open but there are young trees that hopefully will grow and provide some privacy. The staff was very friendly. The park was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent. We would definitely stay there again

The only problem I had was with the water pressure. Everything else was awesome. The customer service was nice. They pick up trash outside the camper and they will pick up and fill propane tanks as well. Awesome people

Thank you! Was the water pressure to high or low? Our water pressure normally stays at 52 psi. We do sell water pressure regulators in our store as well. We are also always available by phone at any time. We hope to see you again and thank you for staying with us!

For the type of travel we do, we do not need nor use all the amenities that are crammed into this KOA. We have been coming for years and every time there are more "things" to do. Along with those things comes the increase in price. How about a section where the travelers can just set-up and not use the hot tubs etc. for a discounted price? Thanks

Thanks for your feedback! We understand and have considered that. We do have pull-thrus w/ W/E that are cheaper. It's impossible to tell who is in the "bare" section w/out making everyone else wear wristbands. Sadly, the cost this year is only due to inflation & it's only $1.50 more than last yr:>)

The cabins and campground are VERY well maintained. Very clean. Landscaping is beautiful! The owners are so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Cabin would have been fantastic but with no heat on a cold weekend it was a bit high stress and on our last morning the water pipes froze. Usually a great stay but wasn’t great this time

Welcome back! We first want to make sure to remind you that we keep our phone on 24/7 & live here; any time you have ANY problem, call immediately. We weren't aware of the heating issue(it worked after checkout so not sure what was wrong). Water froze but we had it working quickly once aware.:>)

Best KOA we've been to, hands down. We stayed at KOAs all across the country and the customer service experience here was on a totally different level. We would love to stay here again if we ever go back through Oklahoma.
