The owners and workers were an excellent group of people. 100% about the quest be satisfied with their stay. Genuinely nice campground and well kept.

Have stayed with you several times and always have enjoyed our stay. Love the new concrete pads. Hope you are able to upgrade the older section with the same or gravel.

We were in the new area. The site was concrete and level. The new section is very open but there are young trees that hopefully will grow and provide some privacy. The staff was very friendly. The park was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent. We would definitely stay there again

Nice, clean site and store. Easy after hours check in, helpful n friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, and if we are ever back in the area will stay again.

The only problem I had was with the water pressure. Everything else was awesome. The customer service was nice. They pick up trash outside the camper and they will pick up and fill propane tanks as well. Awesome people

Thank you! Was the water pressure to high or low? Our water pressure normally stays at 52 psi. We do sell water pressure regulators in our store as well. We are also always available by phone at any time. We hope to see you again and thank you for staying with us!

For the type of travel we do, we do not need nor use all the amenities that are crammed into this KOA. We have been coming for years and every time there are more "things" to do. Along with those things comes the increase in price. How about a section where the travelers can just set-up and not use the hot tubs etc. for a discounted price? Thanks

Thanks for your feedback! We understand and have considered that. We do have pull-thrus w/ W/E that are cheaper. It's impossible to tell who is in the "bare" section w/out making everyone else wear wristbands. Sadly, the cost this year is only due to inflation & it's only $1.50 more than last yr:>)

No cable TV which we were looking fwd to. But the camp staff r very friendly & u can order breakfast & they bring it to ur motorhome which is fantastic. We would stay again.

Easy access new additional facility with concrete pads very nice very little road noise from I-40. Park personnel very nice & helpful. Will return when in area.

We stayed one night passing through but what a great stop it was. Excellent showers and laundry area. Spacious and very clean sites. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Always a great time at Salisaw/Ft Smith KOA, always making improvements to the park, great new restrooms in the addition, very friendly staff, would highly recommend to anyone! KMC

My only real complaint is my fault - if I'd known how nice the pet patio sites were I would have booked one. The new concrete pads are phenomenal. The showers were out of this world. I could actually get clean AND not soak my clothes getting dressed. I almost wished I hadn't done wash at the last place we stayed because the laundry facilities were fabulous. A little road noisy, but my only gripe.

Best KOA we've been to, hands down. We stayed at KOAs all across the country and the customer service experience here was on a totally different level. We would love to stay here again if we ever go back through Oklahoma.
