It’s was getting dark and EVERY RV park I called around Lake Havasu was full. I called Salome KOA after hours and got their voicemail BUT the message said they had room even if you didn’t have a reservation. The park was clean, easy to find a spot and hook up and we enjoyed the pool and a late checkout the next day. First review I’ve left after probably 100 KOA stays. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Salome one night while en route to Carlsbad, CA. The campground was very clean and well landscaped with desert flora, but also has beautiful roses! We used the laundry and one of the K-9 areas. Both were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

3 month stay at Salome. The employees, from the manager Matt down to Monte, Melody and all who work there are wonderful! Always helpful and positive. The ability to receive mail through them (and they go everyday to post office!) was above and beyond. Even delivering heavy items right to our site. Never had concerns with water or electric unlike other parks. Thank you for a great season!

Rest rooms were clean. Pool was clean and area well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

Very pleasant. This campground has everything you could want. We spent a lot of time in the pool, the game room had tons of indoor and outdoor games. The bathrooms were clean and showers were great. Loved having the hot/cold water dispenser. There's even a big TV with lots of DVDs. We had perfect weather as well, 80s during day and 50s at night. We would love to come again!

Check in was pleasant and quick. We have a smaller rig so we really appreciated the clubhouse and the game room. The spa and pool is nice. Monty the groundskeeper is very cool and considerate and shared some of his information to help make our travels go more smoothly. Thanks to all. We’ll be back!!

Totally enjoyed our short time there. Know it is the end of the winter season; so, we really benefitted from space and quiet, but I bet they are really booked in the winter season. Wonderful amenities!

Clean, comfortable facilities. Friendly staff. Spacious accommodations. Close, easy access to a multitude of OHV riding trails. We are completely satisfied with the service we received during our stay. Our only struggle was with road noise from Hwy 60. Next time we will request a space toward the back of the park, away from the road.

3rd party vendors ran amenities so staff “couldn’t” help. WiFi was terrible and laundry charged my card/didn’t work. Jacuzzi knob for 1/2 the jets was broken, staff said it was a summertime fix. Seasonal campers were rude, acting like we were intruders. One lady had an extra hose hooked to next site for washing personal items outside & kept the game room’s pool ball triangle in her

Salome KOA has been our winter home for several years. The other campers and the staff are part of our family now! Looking forward to seeing everyone again next winter!

Nice place. Nice people. Level, good sized sites with full hook ups. Sunrise and sets are amazing! Lots of places to ride side x sides nearby. Tv lounge room, laundry, Billiards, hottub and pool. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Nice breakfast on Saturday. Approximately 30 min outside of Quartzsite.

Nice park. Gave it only 4 stars because there wasn't anyone to check us in at 2pm on a Saturday. Not a big deal except we have come to expect a friendly staff at KOA's and this was a bit of a let down. Outside of that, park was clean, well laid out, amenities were good and site was pretty level. Definitely would return.

Our site was easily accessible, we used the showers and the laundry room. Both were very clean and well kept.The grounds are gravel and well groomed. Cute clean dog park, small but well lit. Would go back again.
