This was our 3rd year in Salome and it proved to be as wonderful as the previous 2. Matt and his staff couldn't have been more friendly always making sure that you have anything that you could possibly need. The genuine care that is shown to you is a rare find. We will miss Matt, Linda, Justin, Melody & Monty, but not for long! We'll be back in 2022 for 3 mo.instead of 2. Great park! Great people!

Super clean, good size open spaces, loved having a warm swimming pool this time of year. I was able to pick some really nice lemons from their trees, thank you!

This koa is built around ohv. Which if you do is great. Myself and my family do not. So if I know people who do that I would highly recommend this koa. Also great if you just need a place to stop for a night. Snowbirds also really seem to like this location. Overall no complaints just not my personal cup of tea.

Salome KOA IS A SMALL VERY WELL KEPT CAMPGROUND. THE STAFF FROM THE MANAGER TO THE CAMP MAINTENANCE ARE WONDERFUL!! Always going the extra mile to help you.

Laundry and internet could use improvement. Difficult to join internet compared to other RV parks. Laundry machines unreliable. Showers and bathrooms could be improved compared to other RV parks. Suggest using a washable or disposable floor mops instead of sponge mops which were dirty and collected hair. People were friendly. Felt safe at all times. Worn floor mats and broken tiles detract.

This is our 2nd stay at Salome KOA this year. It is a great, friendly, quiet, clean campground. And the ATV’ers were quiet and respectful inside the campground. I have one request, could the spa open at 7:00 am?

The campground was very clean, the staff was friendly, and helpful. Lots of great trail riding, will come again. The one negative is the WIFI, I did not like giving all my information to an outside source for “free internet access for 30 days”. Every time I left camp I would have to go through a login process to access the WI-FI again. 5 stars if they fix the WI-FI.

Very large camping sites. Super clean and organized for all sizes of trailers and RV's. LOTS of wind and some rain but gravel kept mud to a minimum. Great staff.

We had so much fun on the ATV trails. Great winter destination. Amenities were nice. Facilities were well kept and clean. Everyone was very friendly.

The people that work there are all great. The only thing I would recommend is there are 2 fenced dogs by the dog walking area that have a fit whenever anyone goes by. I would recommend moving them to the back of the RV park if they return.

it was great the only thing that was missing was the kitchen being closed, but that couldn't be helped because of the pandemic , i would like to no how i could work/camp there

We had a wonderful time in Salome. The campground was clean, and the area is beautiful, if you like the desert. They did a great job of keeping everything in good shape while working around difficult Covid conditions.

How ever helped us find a spot when we came was awesome. I did make a reservation after hours, but nothing was in the box. Needed one to plug in just an extension cord. Found a tent site. It was only around 5:30 or so . Went to office in morning to say we ended up in a tent site. Office said I was for 89, but no paperwork, first said wasn't going to give disc, payed for leg site, but finally did.

Great stay, very friendly staff, clean conditions throughout. Not too bad with road traffic or noise. Quiet community. Stars are amazing art his location. One thing I would suggest though as a tent camper it was hard to drive my steaks into the ground they bent very easily due to what I’m imagining is a concrete subfloor . All in all an amazing place I will definitely go back again and again

Nice place. Nice people. Level, good sized sites with full hook ups. Sunrise and sets are amazing! Lots of places to ride side x sides nearby. Tv lounge room, laundry, Billiards, hottub and pool. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Nice breakfast on Saturday. Approximately 30 min outside of Quartzsite.

Nice park. Gave it only 4 stars because there wasn't anyone to check us in at 2pm on a Saturday. Not a big deal except we have come to expect a friendly staff at KOA's and this was a bit of a let down. Outside of that, park was clean, well laid out, amenities were good and site was pretty level. Definitely would return.

Our site was easily accessible, we used the showers and the laundry room. Both were very clean and well kept.The grounds are gravel and well groomed. Cute clean dog park, small but well lit. Would go back again.
