It was our first time at your KOA but it won't be our last. Everyone was so friendly. The cabin was great and right next door to our son and daughter-in-law.

Was our first time camping there & loved it. Incredible how big the park is & fun things for the kids to do. Very clean & organized. Staff was very polite & helpful.

Janeane was so helpful prior to our arrival helping us find a near by golf course. I got to meet her in person at the store and she was just as sweet! Excellent customer over the phone and in person.

Employees at registration, general store, and maintenance was all very friendly and nice. The cabin I was in was clean and nice. Very relaxing three days of cabin camping.

One Complaint, Our Stay was Great, Mostly everything in our Cabin was Great, Except our Ceiling Fan did Not work, it didn't matter at first because the weather was a bit on the cool side the first couple of days, but then the weather warmed up and it would have been Nice if our Ceiling Fan worked. That's my only Complaint.

Great facilities, lots for kids. Restrooms and showers are nice and clean. Most sites are large, some huge, but there are a few on the small size. We made our reservations late and ended up in 146, which was unfortunate. This site is on the small size, on a busy corner, across from the dumpsters. Also, the sewer connection for that site was located on a raised area, making dumping difficult.

We love this KOA. We were excited about all the new things that are being upgraded. The only complaint was the dog park. It would be really nice if some gravel could be placed in the dirt areas before and after the gate. It was a muddy mess after the grass was watered. There was also a huge hole inside the dog park right as you walked into the area that was a real safety hazard.

Love this KOA! Great family fun. The new store and lounge area was wonderful. I would like to see a little more attention paid to their dog park area, as there are incredibly large holes (which I almost fell into one), no doggie bags (I did bring my own but just in case), and a trough filled with green, disgusting water. It could just use a bit more attention.

It is always lovely to stay at the Petaluma KOA. Staff is friendly, area is beautiful and it is peaceful and serene!

Very nice, but appalling not to have hot water in the showers/bathrooms of the Valley View area, where we stayed. I called the office to report it, but the initial answer I got was 'it's a portable, and it takes a while for the water to warm up.' After 20 minutes, the water was still cold. I was told the likelihood of moving to a different area was nil, since they were so busy. Obviously uncaring!

Our site 66, at a premium, is an absolute mud hole. Someone is going to get hurt slipping in the muck and some attorney will be well compensated. I do not approve on your policy of restricting premium sites after 9/1/22 to long term stays. You screw the many RVers like us who travel in the fall, particularly to costal locations. cut down the tall grass at the parks exit to provide site distanc

It was great!! We love the koa. First time being in the cabins but it was perfect. Only issue was that the bathroom door was very hard to open/close. Also very loud and the metal lock was loose and coming off.

excellent front office and field service from selling ice to filling propane tanks . The laundry was accessable until 10:00 pm which assisted me . The store was well stocked with many items.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the showers in the loop we were staying in ran cold-no hot water. I spoke with an employee about this and their remedy to this was to use another shower facility; which I did, but it required a long walk, which is not easy for a lot of people. This amenity is part of what people pay to stay, so feel more effort should have been made to fix this.

There is "0" excuse for a KOA not to have good to GREAT internet these days. Along with that, whoever designed the drains should be fired. WHY would you have a 6-8" lift right at the drain? We have to manually lift the hose every single time that we do a dump. REALLY BAD IDEA. Not up to KOA's that I have visited in the past.

C’est vraiment un beau camping. Il y a des sites pour tous les goûts et les besoins . Les enfants y seront comblés. Il y a une très belle piscine avec spa. Des terrains de jeux. Un cinema extérieur. Des lavages sécheuses commerciales et un système de paiement sur téléphone!

Woody and Staff does an amazing job keeping the entire KOA neat and clean. Our RV Site R231 was FABULOUS!!! We will definitely be back - but the next time we will come when the pool is heated. Mr & Mrs Walton

only negative is the gate code...( too low to reach out of window ) as a driver , you have to exit rig to enter code. makes to difficult when you are towing and significant other is assisting with moving vehicle .

The cabin was clean, convenient, and comfortable. We appreciated the playground, jumping pad, and pool to keep our six-year old occupied. We were close to town and everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Not everything was available- we had been here before- would have appreciated a heads up about the construction. Our last night we reported the auto igniters on the gas stove began clicking at dinner time & wouldn’t stop - called & texted - no one came to stop the ticking & eventually it stopped at about 3:00 am. Even the kids noticed how long the sound went on. Have loved this KOA in the past !

People were very nice. The site was great and clean. The store hours were inconsistent at best if not lacking all together. They were never there when they said they would be. We did enjoy our stay.

Brought my 9 yr old granddaughter on her spring break. Live local and stopped by prior to request a site in the Redwood Grove. The woman was very helpful. Showed up day of and we were still in tow M. Was told it “hadn’t been locked in.”

I am a brand new travel trailer owner and wanted a nice place to go to learn about my new trailer. It was a perfect place to go for that. Also, it’s a great location to a lot of fun places!

Wow. Wow. Wow. KOA North San Fran/Petaluma is gorgeous, tons of amenities, exquisite landscaping, great security, well maintained and there was even cultured marble walls in the showers we used. There is literally something for everyone here. Even the goats in the petting zoo look happy! Our site had a huge furnished patio and lawn. A destination KOA for sure!

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
