Our stay with you was peacefull, which is what our family needed. The cabins were clean, very clean, I really appreciated that. You had activities to keep the kids busy. Planning on visiting you again next spring break.

Had a wonderful time! Our cabin was clean, fully stocked and in great shape. Our kids enjoyed the playground, jumping pillow, mining and petting zoo.

It was our first time at your KOA but it won't be our last. Everyone was so friendly. The cabin was great and right next door to our son and daughter-in-law.

Employees at registration, general store, and maintenance was all very friendly and nice. The cabin I was in was clean and nice. Very relaxing three days of cabin camping.

One Complaint, Our Stay was Great, Mostly everything in our Cabin was Great, Except our Ceiling Fan did Not work, it didn't matter at first because the weather was a bit on the cool side the first couple of days, but then the weather warmed up and it would have been Nice if our Ceiling Fan worked. That's my only Complaint.

It was great!! We love the koa. First time being in the cabins but it was perfect. Only issue was that the bathroom door was very hard to open/close. Also very loud and the metal lock was loose and coming off.

The cabin was clean, convenient, and comfortable. We appreciated the playground, jumping pad, and pool to keep our six-year old occupied. We were close to town and everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Not everything was available- we had been here before- would have appreciated a heads up about the construction. Our last night we reported the auto igniters on the gas stove began clicking at dinner time & wouldn’t stop - called & texted - no one came to stop the ticking & eventually it stopped at about 3:00 am. Even the kids noticed how long the sound went on. Have loved this KOA in the past !

This was our second trip to Petaluma KOA. We rented a small cabin which is a rocks throw to the playground. There is so much to do for my 4yr old niece... Mining, feeding animals, bouncing on the huge bounce pad, hot tub, a bit of pool time, playground.... we also brought a puppy so it was a real family adventure. We stayed 2 nights this time and we are thinking of booking 3 nights upcoming....

We stayed in a cabin with bathroom & kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 3. Our son loved the loft & bunk beds. The campground was great and had so much for our little guy to do. The petting zoo, bounce pad and playground were all so fun that we didn’t even get around to playing corn hole or horse shoes. Service was great and expedient. Every employee was so nice. Took 3 hours to get maintenance to fix BBQ and fire pit issue first night which delayed our dinner being cooked. Needed to be fixed again second night before it was correctly fixed. Fridge doesn't get cold and never got fixed. The hot tub was luke warm with a lot of dead bugs in it. Very sae because I love this KOA.

This was our first time here! We were spending the weekend with good friends and my daughter’s family who were supposed to come but came down with a stomach bug that affected them all starting the day they were checking in! So we will definitely be coming back with my daughter’s family! This is such a beautiful campground with so much to offer and I know my grandkids would love it!

Lodgingl was ok except for the sofa/couch.It is old, dirty and discusting and should be replaced limmediately. Allowing kids to kick soccer balls by parked cars should be re-thought. No one wants a soccer ball dent in their door. Why are there no washcloths and liquid shower soap?

Excellent stay at a cabin at the KOA, We were very pleased with our excellent accommodations. From the time we checked in until we left we were extremely pleased with the whole park. VERY friendly helpful staff. Security was the best and everything was so clean and well maintained. I cant imagine there is a more well run KOA in the country.

First time at a KOA cabin was a good experience. The amenities were decent and beds comfortable. Only negative experience was that of a full time RVer leaving each morning at 4:30 and waking us up with his loud diesel motor and revving it as he left.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
