Petaluma KOA is always clean and people are friendly and helpful! Conveniently located near something for everyone in the family. Love the patio sites and the larger endsites with grass area (perfect if you're traveling with pets).

Cabin was huge! We had an issue with out cabin and tent site being so far away but the gentlemen who helped us was so amazing! Camp ground was clean and amenities where amazing

Very beautiful campground / resort. Plenty of activities for the whole family. It is obvious that the owners are working on upgrades to all the camp sites. The park is kept clean and all staff are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Site was perfect. Pool was clean and warm. The whirlpool is hot but there were many kids in the whirlpool unsupervised and in diapers. If the whirlpool has an age limit then kids under that age should not be allowed regardless of supervision.

Enjoyed the grass at my site and all the trees on the property! Best thing was the concierge service via text so I could relax as much as I wanted!

Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back next summer. We were sad to see the cabin in need of a few repairs and the BBQ was very rusted. Guests were respectful of social distancing at the pool, but the playground was a nightmare. There were a lot of unsupervised kids all without their masks.

You put me in a spot that was sloping so excessively I had to use blocks underneath my hydraulic jacks to be level enough to run my fridge. It raised the front end off the ground, and the sewer connection was still too high to dump without a lot of effort to make it work. Row S#241

Nice facility, it was out first adventure in our rig so there was some learning involved, and i have a few spots for next time in my mind

We love coming to this KOA when traveling. This visit had a couple of bumps. First, our site was covered in tiny pieces of toilet paper from a previous camper’s spillage. We let staff know and they were apologetic. The other thing was a guest playing with his remote race car. He ran it into me from behind with such force it knocked me off my feet. Nothing that the campground could have done.

Had a great time. Lady at the front (older) was obviously having a bad day and was kind of rude. After that we settled into our spot. Met another employee Greg he was super! It was obvious that he loved his job and work. Thanks KOA for our fun time

Great fun with the pool and the bounce pillow, kept my grandson busy! The firepits by the cabins were such fun at night for family to come together and enjoy smores.

Very relaxing mini getaway. Restrooms located close enough to cabins and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We'll be back. This was my parents first experience and they can't wait to come back.

Clean site and good services. We especially liked having the firewood delivered to our campsite. Also the Friday night Taqueria night and notice was great.

We had a marvelous stay! The camp ground is spot less and the staff works hard to keep it so. So many activities for children to do, thank you! There were areas to chill and isolate or to join in a larger group activity should you choose. Staff was more than accommodating and so helpful in locating and saving a lost pair of glasses until we could return to pick them up. Wonderful stay for all.

I liked the staff and the convenience with text messages about security and wood delivery and sewage pumping. It’s very noisy with kids running around before 8:00am. I think that there should be an adult section with no kids close by, I would come back and just pick a different site. I love the fact that it was close to home . The property is lovely with the cows and the hills.

We love visiting this KOA. It’s close to our home in napa which we love. We were a little upset this trip as we stayed in spot 102 and had to deal with a barking dog in the tent area the whole weekend along with kids riding electric toys through the area. I think if you are paying premium dollars for your spot, these toys should not be allowed in this area as there are very nice rigs and cars.

We came up with a Scout Troop from Rescue, California and spent the night. Thanks for having a program that welcomes Scouts. After a LONG day of hiking 10 miles to the ocean and back at Point Reyes National Seashore, they were thrilled to have hot showers and an opportunity to swim and relax. The pool was definitely clean and inviting. Thank you, Kathleen, for helping me to set this up.

We were coming for a class reunion and a family members major surgery. Well the surgery date got moved up and we needed to be there sooner. When I called the local number the person who answered and assisted me did an outstanding job (can remember her name, but she is a Cardigan dog owner). She was able to move us to a new site for our entire stay. The office staff was also outstanding.

The bathroom by front area, shower heads desperately need update. You cannot adjust the spray because it's about 8 feet high on the wall. It's been like this for the past few stays. Also, it's gotten to be more pricier, almost the price of a hotel stay. Some of the amenities that they used to have no longer around (i.e., fresh ground coffee cart w/ donuts for am, pancakes breakfast, etc).

Got put in a site too small for our rig. Concierge person was not helpful, but younger blond girl at the desk got us another site even though we had to move mid-stay. We have stayed many times before, but never were told specific sites could be reserved. Since we booked in April, we certainly would have done so. That is a good improvement since it was never allowed before.

The space we were in had full sun - we definitely were not expecting that. This means we could not use the patio, deluxe furniture, etc. we paid extra for with this site. A heads-up on that would have been appreciated. We wanted to move but were told no other shadier sites were available. Next time we will know to ask. Aside from that, it was a great stay at a great place.

Made reservations in April for a week to attend a wedding. Upon arrival, we found the site we had been given was too small for our rig even though we have stayed here for 10 years. We had to move and relocate during our stay on the morning of the wedding, making it difficult to get ready for the wedding (early afternoon). People in the site we had to move to didn't leave until 11:45. Not fun!!!

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
