It was great, I loved the views by the dog park. The bathrooms were pretty clean. I like the idea of codes to get into the bathrooms. I would stay there again, just wish there is a walking path towards town, it's a busy road. But this KOA had everything I needed which was nice!

Love coming here. We come yearly and will continue to do so. The staff are friendly and there’s so much to do for the whole family.

Only bummer was not having sewer at out sites and they only pumped the grey water. I had to stop at the exit and the other 2 campers stopped near their homes.

This was our second trip to Petaluma KOA. We rented a small cabin which is a rocks throw to the playground. There is so much to do for my 4yr old niece... Mining, feeding animals, bouncing on the huge bounce pad, hot tub, a bit of pool time, playground.... we also brought a puppy so it was a real family adventure. We stayed 2 nights this time and we are thinking of booking 3 nights upcoming....

As always, Petaluma KOA is a class act. Very clean, nice people & beautiful setting.

Everything has gone downhill at this campground. Prices have skyrocketed. They charged $5 per gallon for propane. They wanted $5 for a gallon of water. I didn't ask about anything else. They also wanted you to wear wrist straps for your entire stay. Since they have a gate code, why would anyone want to sneak in?

nice camp ground, very clean .the campground is near many attractions not the least of which is old town Petaluma .we came here to go a wedding . i would have gladly given this a 5 star rating except for one thing (maybe 2 ? ) we wanted to take a shower before the wedding and went to the shower/bathroom house and found NO hot water. the office knew about the problem but did nothing to warn us

It was a girls weekend away and we had a great time as we always do at the Petaluma KOA!! All of the staff is so very friendly and accommodating. Always looking forward to our next stay at the Petaluma KOA! Thanks again!

Site had no barrier whatsoever from busy Hwy 101, maybe 200 yards away. Traffic noise relentless all day and night. No hot water in the washrooms or showers over 2 days. Our $70 site had not one tree or bush and we were back to back within 10 feet of our neighbour. Site and grounds were clean and tidy, staff was friendly.

The sewer placement is really difficult on our site. It was uphill and centered so we weren't able to hook up until we were leaving and pulled the camper forward, having to block the aisle to partially dump. Frustrating for what we paid to stay there. Other than that, very nice campground

Great place awesome to stay at we will stay there again a little pricey but excellent place lotta kids but it’s all good it was a little tight getting in and out with a 40 foot trailer but once you map it out it was good very nice facility

We stayed in a cabin with bathroom & kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 3. Our son loved the loft & bunk beds. The campground was great and had so much for our little guy to do. The petting zoo, bounce pad and playground were all so fun that we didn’t even get around to playing corn hole or horse shoes. Service was great and expedient. Every employee was so nice. Very disappointed that we had to pick up trash and 8 piles of dog poop when we pulled into our site. And maybe 2 blades of grass on the far edge of the site. Not really acceptable for the cost.

Took 3 hours to get maintenance to fix BBQ and fire pit issue first night which delayed our dinner being cooked. Needed to be fixed again second night before it was correctly fixed. Fridge doesn't get cold and never got fixed. The hot tub was luke warm with a lot of dead bugs in it. Very sae because I love this KOA.

Beautiful place and great staff. Spendy but considering the area it’s to be expected. Wouldn’t stay again because of cost. Would go to another destination. KOA seems to be comparatively expensive from my experience. Don’t usually stay at KOAs.

camp ground is clean and well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The restrooms located near the H campsites did not have hot water and also that section is very close to freeway so lots of freeway noise.

Reception ladies were very welcoming; in spite of major renovations going on, they were ready for our arrival and accommodated an additional nite stay. Sites were clean and well kept as were the restroom facilities. Definitely will return

The staff person at checkin was very friendly. The sight was clean and nice, but it wasn't very level. I expect it was because the entire campground was in a hilly area. Great place!

Great campsites and activities. Saddened to hear you cannot accommodate travel nurses working in your community if their camper is deemed "too old."

Asked if we could get a site with the patio and were told none available yet site with patio 3 sites away was open all four nights of our stay. The restrooms were worst, no heat, no warm or hot water for showers. Notified management each day and they all acted as if they were unaware. No internet site 97. Our site was used to dump tree trimmings and dirt from current construction. Request refund

Our favorite KOA, in fact our favorite RV park period. Beautiful grounds, very well maintained, polite and helpful staff. We especially love the patio campgrounds, which allow you to stay regardless of wet or dry weather. It's nice not to track mud and dirt into the RV.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
