This is one of the nicest RV parks I have ever been to. The facilities were clean and in excellent repair. Our patio area was fantastic.

The staff and facilities are great. I was in the jacuzzi with my grandson and when I returned to my RV, both grey and black tanks had been flushed by the KOA Staff. Doesn't get any better than that!

After an 8 hour drive with our Fifthwheel we arrived right before 6pm and it was already dark. We also asked the gal in the office to escort us to our RV spot since it was so dark . She actually stated she was unable to do this for us. She was too much interested in leaving work and not assisting us. We did get lost & could not set up & had to sleep in rv without unhooking.Bad customer experince

Our site on the hill was extremely muddy. If you can’t grow grass then replace it with gravel. The store never seemed to be opened, would have been nice to shop the products but was only able to peek through the window.

I will not reserved a campsite from now on because It does no good. The ladies were very helpful finding something in the area I had reserved for a special occasion, which helped make it a good weekend. We love Petaluma KOA and will return... just won't request or reserve ahead of time.

Our first time at Petaluma KOA. This is just over an hour from our home in Castro Valley and was a quick getaway from work/home. Your RV park is beautiful with great sites that are more spacious than others we have stayed at. The staff that we had contact with were friendly, courteous and helpful. Those that had kids, well, the kids were out playing and having fun. Fantastic time. We will be back

We arrived at 1:30 pm and stepped out of the rig, neighbors were drinking and laughing so loud that we couldn’t sit outside. Even inside we closed all the windows. We decided its a good time to do laundry. But with the one laundry room closed and the other busy it wasn't happening. Then in morning we were awoken by a Harley letting his bike run for 20 minutes. Lovely location with close access to the freeways and to downtown Petaluma. The grounds are large with a large variety of drive up, tent/camping, and cabin options – the petting zoo was adorable! Clean facilities, easy hookups.

I love staying in this park and have for years, my only issue was the site was too short to fit our tow vehicle. Maybe next time I will be sure to mention that while reserving our site.

Staff was very friendly and campgrounds clean and mostly maintained. In our area, the main trash containers were full during our stay, so some bags were placed on the ground. Couple of complaints: when taking a shower, Men's and Women's side, too much water is wasted because it took a long time for the water to heat up. Men's shower area was not cleaned for at least 2 days, mud near the shower.

Your staff was very welcoming. The facility was very clean, we enjoyed a restful night with an owl over our camper!

Overall we had a lovely stay. However, the full sized bed in our cabin was extremely uncomfortable. We were in town to visit family who lived nearby and we were disappointed that they were not welcome to come see our cabin. Was this a covid protocol or a regular one?

The cabin was great and worked well, however it was disgustingly dirty. It had very obviously not been mopped in a long time as my feet were black as soon as I got out of the shower. Very gross

It’s a lovely campground but you are way too expensive this time in this country people can’t afford that they want to get away they just can’t do it you guys need to look at your rates

Trash at site. Loose dogs. Felt like overnight area was majorly subpar to other sites. $88 was 2x too much to pay

We've visited this KOA many times, but this was our first time staying in a cabin. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely choose this over a regular hotel again.

We really enjoyed the setting and the bathrooms were very clean. A lot of construction going on, but it didn't bother us. We'll be coming back when it's warmer to enjoy the improvements!

This is one of the best KOAs we’ve stayed out. Super clean, friendly staff throughout the park, and in a great area. The area is so beautiful, and the park is exceptionally great. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Lovely spot. Can hear hwy noise. Unbelievable wind storm. Staff cleaned the roads but not the sites.

Park is nice and clean. We have just one complaint-the sewer connections are so high that you have to manually move the liquid through the tubes (not fun). We walked around and looked at other sites. Seems to be a common problem.

A beautiful campground with redwood trees, some extra large spaces, clean and quiet.

Everything was great! My only complaint was the space wasn't big enough for our trailer and Truck, but I am sure if I had mentioned it, they would have offered another site.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
