It was a great vacation in here. All of our family members have fun. The staffs were very nice and the room was very clean during our visit. Will recommend this place to my friend!

Much needed vacation away from work. This was a perfect way to relax and get away from work. The cabin I stayed in was nice as the cabins always are. Check in and out was very easy and not a problem.

We live in a cabin this time. This KOA has poor house keeping on outdoor area such as gas grill area, camp ground and fire pit. They were very dirty when we arrive. It also very close to neighbors. In the cabin, there is no hair dryer. But, other KOA's cabin has it. In the cabin itself, it is clean and meet our expectations. Dog playground's door is broken. RV campsite looks great.

This was our best stay yet. Love the kids outdoor movies, jump pillow, animals. The staff was amazing didn't rush us out of the pool always happy and accommodating. We like to come here every year this is my favorite place!

Lodge across from us had too many people in there, they were loud and smoked marijuana.

Overall we had a lovely stay. However, the full sized bed in our cabin was extremely uncomfortable. We were in town to visit family who lived nearby and we were disappointed that they were not welcome to come see our cabin. Was this a covid protocol or a regular one?

The cabin was great and worked well, however it was disgustingly dirty. It had very obviously not been mopped in a long time as my feet were black as soon as I got out of the shower. Very gross

It’s a lovely campground but you are way too expensive this time in this country people can’t afford that they want to get away they just can’t do it you guys need to look at your rates

We've visited this KOA many times, but this was our first time staying in a cabin. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely choose this over a regular hotel again.

Fire pit, Grill, chairs and picnic tables was at slope. We had very difficulty in walking, sitting , eating and managing things. Not at a stay to remember.

Beautiful camp site with great staff, our heating and hot water were out but that issue was fixed within 20 minutes or so. The animals in the petting farm were very sweet as well. All in all, we had an amazing time at this KOA.

Very relaxing stay. I love the new store. The only negative thing I would say about the lodge is the number of cobwebs around the upper areas of the inside. They obviously been there for a long time since they were dirty. Love everything else.

Our family booked 4 cabins so we could be in town for our daughter's wedding on December 28, 2021. We arrived on Christmas Day along with the others in our group. We were pleased with the convenience of the space, facility, and amenities provided. We were able to let the children play outside safely at the playground, we showered, washed clothes, and cooked as needed.

Como siempre, la cabana estaba muy limpia y ordenada. It rained all weekend which wasn’t the KOA’s fault but it did make the cabin feel extra-tiny. Certainly was cozy! Thank u for providing a heater, warning us it may take a LONG TIME to heat up the room (it did eventually quite well). We spent over $50 on dry wood, but consider it a donation, tho next time we’ll get a bigger cabin so we can hang out inside, or, better yet, not come in the w

This was our first time at kao and although it was raining, we enjoyed everything about out stay. Big playground, petting zoo, heating in the cabin. Staff is very friendly. We will stay again in the near future.

Nice place. I wish they would clean the window on the back of the camping cabin could barely see out Front window was clean. Wish they would change there Policy on the 2 night minimum in the camping cabins. Would stay there a lot more. Am sure they would rent a lot more in Winter if they did.I stay in a lot of koas and I have never seen one that a 2 night minimum on camping cabin

Between 4 RV’s & and 5 cabins there were 29 of us gathered for our 1st annual Family Christmas camp out. It was a great experience and family memories were made. We plan on going to KOA for our next outings.

We had a luxury cabin and I was in a chemotherapy break , our reservation was for 3 days , but we had to cut it short ... the camp ground was very understanding, refund are last day ... ( who dose that ) thank you Petalum KOA , Also while we were there, just brought me one of those huge swing in front of the cabin ... the cabins are clean , warm and full kitchen, but no oven for cookies ...

I rented a deluxe cabin for my dad and he just loved it. The park itself, is so green and we'll maintained. I stayed in one of the RV sites and I'm completely happy. There are quite a few sites within driving distance that makes this park worth it. It's a must visit.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
