We had 5 cabins and an RV space for a family Thanksgiving. It was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had a great vacation. Nice to relax and get away from work. Everything in the campground was clean and well maintained that I personally saw. All the employees are friendly and nice. It would had of been nice to know about the bathrooms and laundry room behind the old office was closed before walking to them.

The employees and campers were all very nice. It would be helpful though to have an outdoor water source for the cabins like some other KOA's. Also, the animals could use more land to roam. The enclosures seemed tiny.

Our bbq grill just stopped working while grilling some food. Also there weren’t many activities to do for the kids.

Stayed in deluxe cabin and it was great. Extremely clean with a great TV and channels. Lots of lighting . Large refrigerator was perfect. Loved the outdoor seating area by store and heaters and lots of seating. Staff was great and very helpful.

This is the nicest campground at which I’ve ever stayed! Now I’m spoiled and feel like anywhere else will be subpar.

Stayed in a lodge with my severely autistic adult son--first trip just the two of us. It's a perfect fit for him cuz he got the bedroom and loved it. Plus, he likes to bounce off stuff and couldn't damage that place! We had a quick trip to the coast which was beautiful, 2 Dollar Tree visits and hung out very happily in the lodge. Plus visited the petting zoo--our needs are pretty simple!

Stayed in a K2 cabin with my wife and toddler (2yr old), the queen bed was not big enough for the three of us so I slept in the loft. Still had a good time. Not a lot to do in the area but it was great to get out of the city.

Girls trip/momcation���. We rented a cabin and it was perfect for the 3 of us! So close to much, we went to Lagunita’s, Wild Flour, Petaluma Outlets and Lombardi’s! This was our second year staying at the Petaluma KOA!

Accommodations and location were great. The weather cooperated. We woke to some fog that made the early morning coffee taste better. Then beautiful clear afternoons, the only negative was that we didn't get to stay longer. Unfortunately we had to mix some business in on this trip. We will be back.

This was only our second KOA experience. Happily, it was the same as our first visit: friendly & professional staff, a well-maintained facility in beautiful surroundings.

We like the environment - that's why we came back. On 11/3 (2 days before our arrival), we received the text that 'everything' was open - pool, spa, farm, and bouncy pillow. When we arrived, we were told that bouncy pillow was closed for the entire season and we had very disappointing children. We wouldn't have come back this time if we knew. I hope you can do more accurate communication.

Little things wrong with the cabin. Exaggerated number of sleeping arrangements. My biggest complaint, loud neighbors partying until 1am even though quiet hours start at 10. My first night there was the worst nights stay I've had at any kind of hotel or accommodations.

It was a wonderful, peaceful and quiet place to stay. It was a great experience for our young daughter's first time camping, and we love that you are pet friendly. It is remote enough to be camping, with great amenities, and still nearby to town and other fun things to do. It is also very close to the beach. We had a great time!

We have been camping at this KOA for over 20 years , with our kids ... We have used storage and camp in our MH and Now we enjoy the cabin with our grown kids and grandchildren... Weather your tent or MH camping this place will not disappoint t ... summer time is club meds for kids and winter time is a resort... for everyone..

It was completely disappointing! Why bother with a reservation when it doesn't mean anything?! I reserved a specific cabin and when I arrived I was rudely told that it wasn't available because I didn't pay an "additional fee". No one told me about this "additional fee" required to secure my specific cabin when I made my reservation. Had I known, I'd have paid it. I will NOT return to this KOA!

During our stay this weekend, I called the KOA office to report two aggressive dogs at the campsite next to mine. Within two hours the people and the dogs were packed up and gone! Thanks KOA!

Early Morning staff was rude. I know we are camping but if you pay for a lodging cabin it shouldn’t be infected with ants. Went to the office to ask for spray was turn away said she wasn’t opened but would send someone over later. The maintenance man was very nice. Pool was closed at 5:30 one night. Staff when checked in was very nice. It was the early before 8:00 was so rude.

We stayed in one of your cabins with a bathroom. We noticed after being there for a while that the TV was not working. We called the front office and they upgraded us to a larger cabin where the cable worked. Unfortunately this cabin had no hot water. They came the next day and fixed that for us. So even though there were some hiccups with these cabins , we were taken care of.

Been staying here 12 years during October weekend for the Halloween fun. Wish they had told us ahead of time of the bathroom construction and no hot water in store so we knew to be prepared for no coffee/tea. We would have brought a water kettle. Love the text feature now with texting us info ans being able to get wood delivered. Also love the new firepit seating area!

It was our first time there. Besides some rain. We had a blast. Everything was nice and clean. The sites were amazing. Kids had a blast on the playground.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
