Wish the website had activities posted because nothing was, yet when we arrived we were handed a full schedule of activities for the weekend. We had no idea there would be trick or treating on a Saturday mid-October. Would have been great to know in advance to bring my kids' costumes and bring candy and decorations. Also, wish the pool was heated. Was chilly!!!!!!!!!!

We absolutely love the KOA and we come back every year for the last 4yrs. The only reason I am giving it a 3 is the pool temp. The first 2 years we were told the heater was broken, but it has never been fixed. I have to bring my kids wetsuits and they still avoid going in. Adults start to get in and get out right back out; they don’t get to play as a family The hot tub is over run by frozen kids

We love this place, however one reason we booked it was because we were excited about swimming in the heated pool. However, when we got there, they said they only heat the pool through September. And the pool was FREEZING. You should not advertise a heated pool if you are not going to actually heat it. This is false advertising. Same with the renting of bikes, which also was only a 'summer' option

great little house, friendly staff. The grounds were well kept, beautiful. My sister and I stayed 2 nights and were very comfortable.

Great campground. Nice people. I loved that the campground had decorated for Halloween, as did about half of the campers. It's nice to see people get out and enjoy the upcoming holiday. Our cabin was clean. (Personally I thought the bed was horrifically soft, but that's just my opinion.) We will stay there again.

We enjoyed it very much. Everything was clean, easy, comfortable and the kids had a great time. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Halloween themed activities and events for the kids.

Kampground is nice, however, the policy of not putting heaters in Kabins until November 1st is a major deal-breaker on future stays with them. It was pretty cold in the mornings while I was there, so that policy needs to be revisited.

We were not told there would be construction going on. The store was closed our entire stay. The sauna was luke warm and all you could hear while trying to relax was the sound of jack hammers. The cabins are really expensive and not carefully cleaned. Our refrigerator had items left from prior guests. We had an unpleasant and disappointing experience.

The cabin was nice and so was the customer service but however the flies were a big problem. Everyday I see about 20-25 flies daily. It’s freaking annoying especially when your trying to eat . I didn’t really enjoy or were able to relax especially for the price I paid .I deserve some credit for us suffering. The smell was another issue but not as bad as the flies. Put scissors in the cabin 2.

I was disappointed in our 1st Halloween stay. We decorated the front of our (pricey and small) cabin. Lights, pumpkins & Hologram pumpkins that talked, sang & told jokes. Everyone that walked by asked if we won the contest. Unfortunately, no one ever even stopped by to judge it. When I called the front desk to ask when someone would be by-they said a winner and prize had already been done.

Stayed in the deluxe cabin. The cabin was built efficiently. The only issue I had was with getting hot water in the shower. Other than that the cabin was great and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

2 safety concerns; at G80 saw only 1/10 cars stop at stop line. Needs to be refreshed because it’s hardly visible. suggest bright red paint. In bathrooms airdryers are too loud@107dB while drying my hands. Kids stand at ear level to that noise which is damaging their hearing. As an Audiologist, I measured it. So consider quieter ones. Also consider putting stepstools for kids to reach faucets

Terrible smell the whole time. There should be a warning in advance if you know this will be the case, or discount on cabins etc. as it severely impacts e great outdoors that we were coming to enjoy.

Grounds are well maintained. Camping cabins were comfortable. Showers and bathroom were very clean. For safety, need to repaint stop sign in front of playground and camping cabins. Store needs a better selection of food and drinks.

It was perfect! We loved everything about it! My kids had a ball. We will definitely be back. Everything was so organized and clean. Very impressive. Friendly people and a great family atmosphere!

As usual our stay was great except for a couple of minor issues, this time we used your washers and dryers but most of them didn’t work or had issues like stopping in the middle of the wash cycle and not continue. Some would take the money and just refuse to work.

I'd suggest one change. In was in camping cabin V274 (I believe), near a big tree stump and a smallish parking spot. If you park just right, you don't see it on the way out because it's too low. So you hit it -as I dig - and damage your car for $1,000. Just remove the stump please.

We wanted to hit several places along the California coastline and this campground was perfect, centrally located, and within a descent driving distance to several tourist attractions. The campground was clean, organized, secure and friendly. Great stay. � thanks.

Having recently visited another KOA location in northern California I was blown away by the Petaluma KOA. It's clear the owners take pride in their property and ensuring their guests have a great experience. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Our family and friends had a great time and will be back.

First two nights were great everyone & everything is quite from 10pm. Unfortunately on our lastnight a large group checked into the cabin next to us & we’re very loud until the early hours 1.30-2am. I did see a worker come by at 10.30 to tell them to keep it down but it didn’t stop the nose. Kids have a great time here - I would like to see a staff member monitor the jumpy pillow all day.

Beautiful site with tons of activities for the kids They kept the place clean. My only complaint was the sometimes rude staff who seemed annoyed to be helping people.

This is an amazing place especially for families. The staff were all very friendly and engaging with it came to the tye dying or visiting the store. Everything is well kept and clean. For activities they have playground, jumping pillow, pool/hot tub, petting zoo, mining and corn hole. This is our new favorite place to stay and we'll be back soon!

This is our first staying at this KOA. When I checked in, reception asked how many adults/child. I said 4 adults, 3 kids, but the little one is 5-year-old. As stated on website, 5-year-old stays for free. However, reception used a very aggressive tone said, your cabin can only sleep 6 people, and I have to charge you the little one. I'm ok to be charged, however, her attitude is very bad and harsh

Cabin was huge! We had an issue with out cabin and tent site being so far away but the gentlemen who helped us was so amazing! Camp ground was clean and amenities where amazing

Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back next summer. We were sad to see the cabin in need of a few repairs and the BBQ was very rusted. Guests were respectful of social distancing at the pool, but the playground was a nightmare. There were a lot of unsupervised kids all without their masks.

Great fun with the pool and the bounce pillow, kept my grandson busy! The firepits by the cabins were such fun at night for family to come together and enjoy smores.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
