The smell of fertilizer was horrible-we had to fight flies all weekend.The smell permeated our motorhome - just awful. We also did not appreciate that we had to pretty much share our site with our next door neighbor. No Privacy at all. Our firepit was right in front of their RV and their kids were sitting in our chairs by the firepit.I had to ask them if they had their own firepit and they did.

Park was beautiful and very large. The sites were spacious with grassy areas and trees, however they watered nightly so everything gets wet and there are muddy spots. In the laundry area, 6 out of 7 washers were broken. Manure smell from neighboring farm was very strong

Our favorite RV site in the SF area. The mature trees provide plenty of shade for the RV sites. The only knock we had from our last visit was with the shower facilities. The shower heads were very clogged and needed to be cleaned to provide a full spray pattern and there was an issue with one of the hot water heaters on the women's side. Still one of our favorite places in the SF area.

I was not happy about the fight club activities, they were in the roads fighting. Not what I came to see with small children or anyone for that matter. To have a nice camping experience

The campground was extremely nice. Great camp sites and location to a lot of places/activities. By far one of our most favorite places we have camped in California. Definitely hope to return soon.

The park was nice but there is a major problem. The park is constantly covered in a cloud of manure odor from a nearby ranch which also draws an inordinate amount of flies. Both of these conditions make relaxing outside of the RV impossible. After arriving home from our trip I still felt the RV smelled of the manure odors. We will not go back until the conditions there change.

If you were honest about the smell a guest has to endure, it would not be such a ripoff. But you weren’t so I just regard you as a grifter organization and will spread the word. Nice flies. Won’t be back.

Nice park. TV and Wifi did not work well. Loud neighbor woke us up every morning around 5:30 with his loud truck.

Beautiful campground but the smell and the flies are INSANE!! Other than that the facility was well taken care of but be sure to bring fly traps, swatters, and plenty of air freshener to mask the manure smell.

Clean site and far enough from freeway to avoid noise . But the stench from recycled water used in sprinklers was overpowering and unpleasant . Add to that that the WiFi was pathetically slow - and while we would like to use this one again , the smell and poor WiFi were real disappointments . It’s a lovely well maintained site and the office staff were great . Fix the WiFi !! And stop the stench

Facilities were great. Site was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The aroma from the farm animals was a little to pungent for us though.

We were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub and was disappointed that everytime we went to go in, there was at least 10 kids playing in the hot tub. It would be nice if the adults had the hot tub to themselves. It’s great to relive arthritis and sore backs after a long drive. You should set times for adults and times for children. Otherwise we love the facility.

The smell of manure and the amount of flies was overwhelming. I booked a full hookup site but had to use the VIP tank clean service. That was not made clear when I spoke to someone over the phone and made my reservation. VIP tank clean service is not the same as full hookup.

Fantastic, clean amenities! Very kid- friendly. The only downsides were a strong manure smell from the nearby farms and a couple very unfriendly employees.

Staff were great! They had tie dye shirt making, bouncing thing, recumbent bikes, pool and hot tub etc. bathrooms are super clean. The sites are nice but don’t expect anything that will wow you. We did have a lot of flys in our spot but that could have been the 5yo twins or the 10yo.

Love this Campground. The staff was also very helpful. We chose a deluxe site with a patio. My wife is in a wheelchair so we use a toyhauler to do our camping. The first morning I called the front desk and asked if they could add gravel to our site on so that her chair could get on and off the patio easier. Within about 2 hours two guys with a tractor of gravel arrived and asked where we wanted it

First KOA we RV at… ( we just got a new RV First overnight in it )… and just started this new venture…. We had a great time…nice hookups…the 30 amp breaker had one 20 amp in the cabinet.. ( all ok no problems )…. Very family friendly… we just have dogs….. used the dog park.. ( being level would be nice , and second gate installed ) nice and quiet after 10 pm….!

We had a great time here and my kids kept saying it was their favorite camp spot yet. Only issue we had was the smell from the cows. It was terrible. Otherwise, we loved the KOA and the staff were all so friendly. Will definitely be back.

The park was completely full and noisy. A group behind us staying in the air stream rentals partied loudly well after quiet hours until at least 3:00 am and nothing was done about it. The restrooms are too small to accommodate the size of the park and the large families staying here and while very modern, they have no paper towels or trash cans. This is more like a summer camp.

Enjoyed our stay there. You have lots of nice amenities ( pool…spa…etc). I know you have no control over it, but the smell from the dairy farm nearby, was overwhelming. Hopefully, that was just a “time of year thing” and not all the time.

The only bad experience was the neighboring farmland was being fertilized with manure for their next hay crop. The smell really put a damper on our experience. We were not able to enjoy the outside areas in the campground due to the terrible odor.

Although your park is very pretty, it is way too cramped and not big rig friendly, plus way too pricy for the small site we had. We had a pull thru site that was no way big enough for a 40 ft fifth wheel. And there was no way that we were able to pull out of the site going forward so we had to back out and since that way was limited on space we ended up with damage to our RV plus scratched another

The campground itself is very nice, the staff was very uninformed. We asked about things near by and were told " not sure, don't know" but the worst was the inability to go outside due to air quality. This had nothing to do with the fires or temperature, but with the location of the park and the nauseating smell of farms nearby. This is something they should make known as health concerns copd

The campground was amazing but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the manure spreading behind the campground. We were stuck inside our trailer or we had to leave the area to be outside. The smell was awful.

We have stayed several times before and it was always a good experience. This time we had a big complaint, though it wasn’t really their fault. The last two days there was a very strong smell of manure that prevented us from being outside. We could smell it for miles away. Someone told us it happens a couple of times a week. I’m not sure if that’s true.

We were there only one night for a stop over. The office staff friendly & attentive. The grounds were large & diverse. We were parked under some gorgeous redwoods. Wonderful location & fun things for families. The only reason it was not a 5 star experience was the strong stockyard odor that was enough to keep the doors & windows shut with the ac on. Although we did not see but cow pastures nearby.

The campground is disgusting and smells. We were never told about the farm that surrounds the campground, so the cow manure smell was absolutely awful everyday. This was a KOA Holiday, that should not be. My husband and I are going cross country from Rhode Island and have stayed at many KOA’s and this by far is the grossest one!

Everything was going wonderful, check in, site, pool, hook ups, but at around 4 pm a horrible livestock smell came in - so bad that we had to close all windows in van and stay indoors. The smell continued through the night. We woke up and hoped it was gone -it had subsided but then after shower at 800 am cane back and we left earlier then expected. Rv park was very nice but smell was horrible.

Campground is huge & heavily populated. Nice family environment. Wrist bands for guests is a little overboard. Our site was in the small side & we had to pay extra for our adult son to stay with us, some $22 more for 3 nights. Like most campgrounds in the area, very expensive

I felt a bit maneuvered as far as being told of available spaces (we had not made a reservation). The maneuver being to put us in a horrible spot first in order to get us to upgrade to a more expensive, but nice, spot with more services than we needed.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
