It is always lovely to stay at the Petaluma KOA. Staff is friendly, area is beautiful and it is peaceful and serene!

Very nice, but appalling not to have hot water in the showers/bathrooms of the Valley View area, where we stayed. I called the office to report it, but the initial answer I got was 'it's a portable, and it takes a while for the water to warm up.' After 20 minutes, the water was still cold. I was told the likelihood of moving to a different area was nil, since they were so busy. Obviously uncaring!

We had a quick overnight stay. There is so much to do we wish we had longer. We will definitely be back.

Our site 66, at a premium, is an absolute mud hole. Someone is going to get hurt slipping in the muck and some attorney will be well compensated. I do not approve on your policy of restricting premium sites after 9/1/22 to long term stays. You screw the many RVers like us who travel in the fall, particularly to costal locations. cut down the tall grass at the parks exit to provide site distanc

excellent front office and field service from selling ice to filling propane tanks . The laundry was accessable until 10:00 pm which assisted me . The store was well stocked with many items.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the showers in the loop we were staying in ran cold-no hot water. I spoke with an employee about this and their remedy to this was to use another shower facility; which I did, but it required a long walk, which is not easy for a lot of people. This amenity is part of what people pay to stay, so feel more effort should have been made to fix this.

There is "0" excuse for a KOA not to have good to GREAT internet these days. Along with that, whoever designed the drains should be fired. WHY would you have a 6-8" lift right at the drain? We have to manually lift the hose every single time that we do a dump. REALLY BAD IDEA. Not up to KOA's that I have visited in the past.

C’est vraiment un beau camping. Il y a des sites pour tous les goûts et les besoins . Les enfants y seront comblés. Il y a une très belle piscine avec spa. Des terrains de jeux. Un cinema extérieur. Des lavages sécheuses commerciales et un système de paiement sur téléphone!

Woody and Staff does an amazing job keeping the entire KOA neat and clean. Our RV Site R231 was FABULOUS!!! We will definitely be back - but the next time we will come when the pool is heated. Mr & Mrs Walton

only negative is the gate code...( too low to reach out of window ) as a driver , you have to exit rig to enter code. makes to difficult when you are towing and significant other is assisting with moving vehicle .

People were very nice. The site was great and clean. The store hours were inconsistent at best if not lacking all together. They were never there when they said they would be. We did enjoy our stay.

Brought my 9 yr old granddaughter on her spring break. Live local and stopped by prior to request a site in the Redwood Grove. The woman was very helpful. Showed up day of and we were still in tow M. Was told it “hadn’t been locked in.”

I am a brand new travel trailer owner and wanted a nice place to go to learn about my new trailer. It was a perfect place to go for that. Also, it’s a great location to a lot of fun places!

Wow. Wow. Wow. KOA North San Fran/Petaluma is gorgeous, tons of amenities, exquisite landscaping, great security, well maintained and there was even cultured marble walls in the showers we used. There is literally something for everyone here. Even the goats in the petting zoo look happy! Our site had a huge furnished patio and lawn. A destination KOA for sure!

It was great, I loved the views by the dog park. The bathrooms were pretty clean. I like the idea of codes to get into the bathrooms. I would stay there again, just wish there is a walking path towards town, it's a busy road. But this KOA had everything I needed which was nice!

Only bummer was not having sewer at out sites and they only pumped the grey water. I had to stop at the exit and the other 2 campers stopped near their homes.

Everything has gone downhill at this campground. Prices have skyrocketed. They charged $5 per gallon for propane. They wanted $5 for a gallon of water. I didn't ask about anything else. They also wanted you to wear wrist straps for your entire stay. Since they have a gate code, why would anyone want to sneak in?

nice camp ground, very clean .the campground is near many attractions not the least of which is old town Petaluma .we came here to go a wedding . i would have gladly given this a 5 star rating except for one thing (maybe 2 ? ) we wanted to take a shower before the wedding and went to the shower/bathroom house and found NO hot water. the office knew about the problem but did nothing to warn us

Site had no barrier whatsoever from busy Hwy 101, maybe 200 yards away. Traffic noise relentless all day and night. No hot water in the washrooms or showers over 2 days. Our $70 site had not one tree or bush and we were back to back within 10 feet of our neighbour. Site and grounds were clean and tidy, staff was friendly.

The sewer placement is really difficult on our site. It was uphill and centered so we weren't able to hook up until we were leaving and pulled the camper forward, having to block the aisle to partially dump. Frustrating for what we paid to stay there. Other than that, very nice campground

Great place awesome to stay at we will stay there again a little pricey but excellent place lotta kids but it’s all good it was a little tight getting in and out with a 40 foot trailer but once you map it out it was good very nice facility

Very disappointed that we had to pick up trash and 8 piles of dog poop when we pulled into our site. And maybe 2 blades of grass on the far edge of the site. Not really acceptable for the cost.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
