Beautiful place and great staff. Spendy but considering the area it’s to be expected. Wouldn’t stay again because of cost. Would go to another destination. KOA seems to be comparatively expensive from my experience. Don’t usually stay at KOAs.

camp ground is clean and well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The restrooms located near the H campsites did not have hot water and also that section is very close to freeway so lots of freeway noise.

we love to stay so close ..we live in petaluma. we love to pick our site and look forward to many more stays. Such a joy to walk our pup around the campground....

Reception ladies were very welcoming; in spite of major renovations going on, they were ready for our arrival and accommodated an additional nite stay. Sites were clean and well kept as were the restroom facilities. Definitely will return

The staff person at checkin was very friendly. The sight was clean and nice, but it wasn't very level. I expect it was because the entire campground was in a hilly area. Great place!

Great campsites and activities. Saddened to hear you cannot accommodate travel nurses working in your community if their camper is deemed "too old."

Asked if we could get a site with the patio and were told none available yet site with patio 3 sites away was open all four nights of our stay. The restrooms were worst, no heat, no warm or hot water for showers. Notified management each day and they all acted as if they were unaware. No internet site 97. Our site was used to dump tree trimmings and dirt from current construction. Request refund

Our favorite KOA, in fact our favorite RV park period. Beautiful grounds, very well maintained, polite and helpful staff. We especially love the patio campgrounds, which allow you to stay regardless of wet or dry weather. It's nice not to track mud and dirt into the RV.

The park was very nice and clean. The staff was very courteous when checking in and especially when we needed more time to pack up. The store clerks were so friendly and helpful. I just wished the dog park wasn’t so muddy. It rained on Th everything else was dry by Friday but the dog park. Had to clean the mud off the pups paws before taking them inside. Thanks for a great stay.

I like many things about this KOA. Location, the sites with patio furniture. Close to wine tasting and other tourist things. Major complaint. The bathroom/shower room by the H rv sites does not have any heat The showers in this bathroom only got low lukewarm and is unacceptable. Other shower room in the other location was good but ALL SHOWERS should be like that.

Absolutely awesome stay. The pull through lots are only 40-50 ft so if you are longer you are unhooking. Great place if you have no trailer and it’s summer

Beautiful well maintained facility with lots of great activities for kids. The WiFi was a little spotty and could be better, and my camp site wasn't as level as I would have liked for a truck camper with no leveling jacks.

Absolutely loved this KOA. We had end lot with extra space. Was quiet and many options, RV, tent, different size cabins, kids play ground and store. We will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and helpful! It was a great home base for visiting San Francisco and Napa. Our kids loved the activities and weren’t bored at all. Very safe and friendly, can’t wait to stay again!

I stayed one night in a camping trailer. The staff was very friendly and efficient in registering and checking us in. The facility was clean and in good repair, with some of the nicest landscaped trailer pads I have seen. Recreational offerings seemed real good. The park was a good size and the grounds/landscaping well maintained. There was good access security to the campground and buildings.

It was my first time with an RV and there wasn’t to many either fellow tv or employees that would offer to assist me in setting up with the trailer. I did have a friend help and I did have a relaxing time which I needed it

Great location, centrally located near wineries and San Francisco. Very clean, nice pull thru sites. I would give a five star but felt it was very crowded , we were assigned to row “S” and arrived in late eve, row did not have signage visible and made it difficult to find our site.

Pros: location, jump pad, playground, clean, beautiful landscaping, dog area, Gated entry Cons: no hot water in community bathroom, no working WiFi, muddy entrance at dog park with huge space for dogs to escape under single gate entry. When we reached out about hot water/wifi, we were told a manager would call back. That never happened. Unfortunate that attention to guest concerns were so lacking

We love the Petaluma KOA, but this visit the cable tv was out for the majority of our stay.

Facility is clean, well kept and most staff are very friendly. At check in, I had requested to be closer to group of Boy Scouts, the whole reason why we were staying there, as was told the park was sold out so we couldn’t be accommodated. Which we found to be in true. There was a whole section with at least 10 sites open we could have went into. We were very disappointed and felt lied to.

Unable to get in upon arrival due to gas leak in park but was kept up to date via texts. Campsite nice and was clean. Limited tesroom facilities in park for number of sites. Gate code seemed to work at times but other times had problems. Staff friendly.

Very clean nice layer out campground definitely a place for kids to enjoy themselves. Downside was the showers. The water took quite awhile to get hot and the shower head needs to be replaced just trickled down women's restroom next to site 80 I believe, otherwise very nice campground

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
