Second time at this park...both times in December. They are making improvements adding a general store which is nice. We have not spent much time enjoying the other amenities because we have used this location to explore the North Bay. Some spots do not have full hook-ups (sewer). Not an issue. They have a mobile service that empties your tanks each morning.

This place is amazing. Super clean and amazing sites. We had a site where they came every morning and dumped our tanks, my husband’s favorite thing. We will definitely be back and bringing family and friends

We stayed for a quick overnight - getting in and out was easy in the dark. The park is in a nice location, and everything seemed clean and nice. All the employees were great, and I only wish I had more time to stick around!

What a great place. Clean, well landscaped and staff was just extraordinary. Several vineyards near by and an 60-90 minutes from some great locations. Golden Gate Bridge and Point Reyes are must sees.

Very nice campground. We got one of the last available spots which was next to the pool house. There appeared to be some sort of drainage problem as half the site was wet/muddy and had some kind of weird foam in the standing water. If able I would avoid the back in spots near the pool. Make sure to use the shower/ bathroom near the playground. The other restrooms are a little rough.

Arrived on Nov 1 for a 2 month stay. Were assigned a site next to restroom and our front door opened to a mud puddle. Asked to be moved. Made 3 attempts to make contact with the only person authorized to move us. Our request was totally ignored. We stated we wanted to leave and were given a refund. Sent letters to KOA Corp as well as the franchise owners of Petaluma KOA. NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER!

Lovely sites; we’ve stayed here many times in the past. Only downside is the new speaker system installed to blast music (country and rap while we were there) is irritating when you want to rest.

We have been stopping to camp at Petaluma KOA for many years. We really appreciate the upgrading of sites and beautiful landscaping. The campground is always neat and well cared for and the staff and grounds keepers are always friendly. Thanks for another great stay.

Nice facility and staff. On the night we stayed there was an surprise thanksgiving dinner for the campers. How cool is that.

The campground was beautiful. The spaces were easy to get in and of. The staff go out of their way to help. There was few RVs around us that I think lived there but their areas where nice and well kept. We will definitely go back and I will recommend it to others. The store was awesome. It had everything we forgot.

It is convenient to our family but it is manly for young people with children. It is noisy and smoky. It also had a cattle farm by it that is odorous with a north wind.

Great spot. Our first time there. We would love to come back but….not being able to bring our two well behaved, loving, adorable, never off leash pit bull mix family, we won’t be able to stay at your campground as often as we would like. Other campgrounds have policies not excluding breeds but excluding aggressive, obnoxious, misbehaved pets. We loved our spot but the dog breed policy may not

One of the better KOA locations we’ve stayed at. Staff was very friendly as is the case at every KOA. Grounds were kept very clean. I do wish they added another Camp K9 as the one they currently have is small considering how many dogs were on the grounds. Aside from that…we’re definitely coming back!

It has been 5 years since we last been here at this KOA. There has been quite a bit of updating to this place. Nicely done. We stayed in the pull thru site and we had nice natural barriers with our neighbor. Family oriented and had a great deal to offer.

We love this campground and enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. We regularly stay in the back in water/electric as a deal near the playground. This was our first time in site 135. It worked for this week with temp between 60 and 65 but the lack of trees puts the site in direct sun all day. The move of the store to the center building is a great improvement. Can't wait for the remodel to be completed.

Everything was great - check in as easy, people at the office were reasonably accommodating. Lots are not level. We had a heck of a time getting our RV even close to level and unfortunately we were told we couldn't move to another site.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving with extended family here and was pleasantly surprised how nice the park is. Everyone that was on staff was very friendly and helpful. We live in Napa so a nice quick drive to your park. Will definitely stay again when it is warmer. P.S. my adult daughter loved petting the horses. She kept walking down to them during our stay to visit. Cheaper than having our own.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
