Park is located just out from the Route 66 strip that runs through town. People in town are friendly, and the places for good food are plentiful. Some of the old Americana still lives on. We will make this on of our regular stops.

Great camp grounds and Amenities. He must be aware it’s close to the railroad tracks but even with that nighttime noise which help me sleep. It’s clean, the sides are level and the people are nice

Ok for one, maybe two nights, but the rail line next to the campground can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Not much can be done about it, but staff advised they had earplugs available.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had an extended stay. The grounds and campsites were clean and well laid out. Good laundry facilities. We would stay at this KOA again. Thank you for everything!!

Super muddy sites. The inside of our coach was a mess from the mud. Need gravel!!! The train tracks are VERY close so the train noise was all night long. For a quick overnight stay while traveling it was okay. Likely would not stay here again. Area didn't feel safe to us.

Friendly staff, they have been very helpful. The only issue, as with road side businesses. There is a lot of traffic and train noise. Over all I am enjoying my stay here!

We were only there for one night but it was restful. Although the trains run regularly, there is no crossing so you really don't notice them too much.

Nice, clean KOA. Good sized dog park and playgrounds for the kids. Perfect stopover spot and super affordable.

Everyone was super friendly, and it's obvious that you're making a big effort to make it a great place. We especially enjoyed the dog runs. I'm sure we'll be back.

They should warn you about the 1000 trains all night long. It was a bit dirty and full of weeds. Not enough fire rings for sites. The people running the KOA are very nice. But what a horrible night with literally 1000 trains they even give you a key chain that says you survived.

As an overnight stay i would recommend. The site we had was large in comparison, it was clean and had a cook pit. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. Great restaurants and just a cool little town. Now, the trains. They run all the time and I do mean all the time. If you like trains and the associated noise that goes with, then go for it… If not, then you may want to reconsider.

Nice stuff - we had to check in late and which was not a problem. The lady left us an envelope with all we need at the reception. Very basic site. Perfect for short stays and road trip. The pool was empty.

Stayed 5 nights in February. The park was great all around. Train tracks are near but train noise never bothered us at all. The store looks brand new and has all the things you may have forgot to bring. I did not use the showers, but did look in men's restroom and it was spotless. I will definitely stay there again.

came in late from the cold( site seeing) and heaters were set up and running in the camping cabin ! Did not expect this. Wish I had reserved more days there. Will return, even if out of my way on next vacations.

Dog crap everywhere, long term tenants who feel that they need to run their vehicles all night so they can smoke. Not what we expect from a KOA. Very disappointed.

We have been staying at the Seligman KOA for the past 5 years in January and February and the hosts are always very flexible and accommodating. The first night, you have to get used to the trains, but after that, you don't even hear them.

Nice park. New power pedestal. Some lighting of roadways for post dark would be nice. Watch weather for freeze and warn arrivals about hoses. Sites nicely marked. Will keep park as future travel in BBC area is expected.

Second time staying at this location. Cabin floor was a little dusty, which is not a deal breaker for us. They had the cabin heated for us at arrival which was greatly appreciated since it was a cold day. It does look like there are improvements happening, so we’re excited to come stay again in the near future. Staff is always friendly and keep the campground clean.
