My second stay here in 10 years. Better the first time than the second, but that may have been the time of year. Everything was clean and professional both times. I normally tent camp, but as time was short I booked a cabin. Nights are still cool, so it was a nice touch that the host had turned on the heater for me. Unexpected, but sweet:) Bathrooms have been immaculate, which is wonderful.

Mike, at the front office, is very helpful. The Kamp store has a decent selection of food and supplies. Historic town is within walking distance, if you can handle 3 mile round trip -- most of town closed at sundown (written in 4/2021). Sites need more gravel and there was a repair needed in the Men's Room. Trains pass by at night, but it didn't bother me. Interesting bird-watching. Thumbs UP!!

LOVE this little Route 66 town, and we had a very nice stay here. It's not fancy, but it's cozy.

Made a last-minute reservation here after our original campground closed down. Easy experience booking online. Campground was quiet & clean. Equipment was in good condition. The employee at the front desk was helpful. Our campsite was next to another employee, and he was also very friendly. Kids loved the teepee and Route 66 gift shop. We would stay here again.

Hello, I have stayed at this location several times in the past and enjoyed it. Unfortunately on this last stay things have changed. We arrived at 3PM. Our fire pit had been run over by a previous guest. I told the MGR but he didn’t offer a new spot. The bathrooms and showers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Several people who weren’t guests were using the laundry room.

Bathrooms clean. Campground looks old and in need of maintenance. Lots of trains going by but the noise didn't bother me.

Clean, well maintained, contactless check-in. Loved the Pet Playgrounds. Only negative is the train that runs behind it. Loved the town of Seligman as a whole.

Beware of train track next to campground. Heavy train traffic day and night. At least trains do not blow their horns while passing.

Due to an emergency RV repair, we needed an immediate late check in campsite. We called fans the front desk was courteous and understanding and assured us there would be spaces available. We arrived after hours and were so happy to find out they were correct and we had a site! Thanks so much.

I've never stayed at a KOA before. I loved it! I was able to get right in and set up camp. I was just traveling through so I just stayed the night. It was nice though. The only thing I would have liked more was a little patch of rocks or grass for tending to my garden hoses (draining them) as I packed up.

This was the second time we've stayed at this location. This second time was just as pleasant as the first. We love to Drive Route 66 and find this location is perfect to drive into Oatman, Kingman and even some areas in CA. The laundry facility was very clean and operated well. The campground is well maintained.

It’s a mud pit. KOA needs to make them at least put gravel down. Restrooms filthy a lot due to mud. Restrooms had a self service mop bucket that was nasty with muddy water. Fake plants on back of toilet tacky but best part of visit. Never again.

First spring snow in along time, very muddy and cold can't control the weather. Bathroom and showers newly remodeled, very nice. The owner and staff were very nice and friendly.

My wife is Disable VET, she has had surgery on both knees. Now that you know this, she told me she could not get off the bathroom pot , my suggestion is this ,to have one stall for handicaps, with two reals on the side wall so they can hold onto to get up. thanks William Bressler, and I'm a disable Vet to..

We only stopped for the night. The location was super convenient. The staff was nice. The sites were well cared for and it was evident improvements were being made.

On a long road trip it's great to have a safe place to camp ready and waiting at a KOA camp ground. My GPS was not able to understand the destination address that I copied from last year's KOA directory. Perhaps the address of the nearest neighboring business should be suggested as a GPS set-up target.

Not great. Water was not working upon arrival. Staff was notified and came to check it out right away. Said they didn't have time to fix it appropriately so they applied a temporary fix that did not solve the problem and left us without water for the duration of the stay. Also, the proximity to the train tracks made for a sleepless night.

New owners are making such an improvement here. I stayed here many years ago and it is SO much nicer now. Nice dog areas. Store is well stocked. Friendly staff.

Wonderful stay. Clean facility & very friendly staff. Beautiful starry nights and the sound of the freight trains I found to be charming. (Not loud at all - a distant noise but I love it) Absolutely recommend.

It was quite and clean, well maintained. The store was small but we found everything that we went in there for, and then some. The park is close to the railroad tracks, it did wake my wife up during the night, but it didn’t bother me, I kinda enjoyed it. We live about 25 miles away from this park and just wanted a quick getaway, and it was perfect for that. We ate dinner at the Roadkill restaura

I was only there for one night in route from California to New Mexico. I arrived after after hours and my reservation was thoughtfully taped to the office door. The map was easy to follow and my space was as expected. Showers were clean and well lighted. My only comment was the freight trains do pass close by and can be loud. No horns just just the sound of clanking tracks.

The new BBQ pits are really nice! You can't do anything about all the noisy day and night train traffic... A little more gravel is needed at some of the sites to keep the mud at bay during wet weather.
