internet didn't work. Message told us to move closer. Noisy People weren't wearing masks in the restrooms. Lady told me she forgot her mask as she coughed. KOA should enforce mask wearing, my safety is important to me. I wore a mask with respect for others and should have the same respect given to me.

Seligman KOA, was wonderful. We had a very peaceful, and relaxing. Exactly what we needed! It was clean and the 2 room cabin was Great!!! The store was fully stocked and the staff and were friendly and helpful. If their was just one improvement I would suggest, it would be a handicapped facility, and a shower. Not at all an issue, it just would have been a plus :) still a stellar star rating!!!

We were surprised when we arrived at our spot to see our spot seemed to be the only space that hadn't been raked. Evidently we were the only one with the tree that dropped humungus seed pods. Would of given it 5 stars if our spot had been raked clean of pods and if the pool was usable Bathrooms & laundry were exceptionally clean..Mike was accommodating. Enjoyed our stay in Seligman.

Great check in!!.. reservation and site map was taped to the front door. Park can use a little TLC... Trains run all night so bring a fan or something to drown out the noise!!

Was told when I regist. my info would be taped to the front door. I could find my spot in the park. Found the site ON MY OWN, with no help from staff. Next day went into the office and ask about doggie pack and staff acted as though he knew nothing about doggie packs. Finally he found a box of bones and said take what I needed. Not customer friendly at all.NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO FINISH..,,,,

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the convenience of the location. The only downside was no hot water in the showers.

it was dirty and in need of a lot of repair, just a dirt field needs gravel it would be nice to see some grasss. Mike was nice but campground was aa mess.

It was an awesome trip on historic Route 66. The town was very friendly.

Self check-in due to late arrival, and no morning amenities since we left early. Kabin was decent for one night, cheapest of our entire cross-country journey. Nice bathrooms. Loud train on one side and highway on the other. Sherriffs came out and looked around shortly after we got settled; not sure why as we never heard or saw anything amiss when unloading or taking dog outside.

It’s clean and very beautiful. There is a nice trail nearby. The person who helped us was very courteous. He didn’t wear his mask when he cane out to give us our spot information.

It was ok. It is in a convenient location. The bathroom showers need to be updated. There was mold in the crevices.

Great location and at a good price. The park is upgrading and needs to put down gravel to reduce the dust. Friendly and courteous service.

Love this place. It's quiet and serene. The store is amazing and the owners are great. So easy to visit the town from there

The dirt dust and noise level of the trains was awful. I only did an overnight stay and not even my dog liked it.

Overnight! Loved the pet exercise area. The space was a little small we could not hook up to the sewer. So we used the dump station on the way out.

We recently stayed at the Seligman KOA as a way to test all the systems in our new camper trailer. We were pleastanly surprised with how well appointed and the convenient location of the camp. The sites are fairly level, water pressure good, electric good, sewer at the site and a dump station at the office as well. Conveniently located off the I40. You will hear train noise but it didn't bother us

It’s hard to believe that KOA would allow its name to be associated with this place. It is FOR SURE the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at. Hey, we know it’s Arizona, but this place was just dust and weeds. Didn’t appear they’d made even the slightest effort to tidy the place up. Pool was “closed for repairs”. Trains rumbling by every 20 minutes not 50 yds from the campsites. UGH!

Its so secluded and lovely under the milky way. The little pizza restaurant 10 minutes walking distance was a really lovely experience too.

Checked in after hours, missed the envelope on the door, but managed to self register. Nice but aging facility....very clean, showers are starting to fall apart. Definitely going back.

The people were not as friendly as other KOA Kamp hosts where we have stayed at. The dog parks have no shade for the day, and it is hot!! Nor do they have lights for the night! Thank goodness I brought a flashlight or I wouldn't have been able to see to pick up their droppings.

Pool empty out of service and laundry area with out of service signs. Trains run 24 hours a day about every 20 minutes. At least no train horn noise. If you're looking for a level dirt site and a quick overnight stay and don't mind trains constantly rumbling by give it a try. Only staff was checking in and he was friendly. Camp grounds clean but needs more maintenance and upkeep.

There is a train that runs about 200 feet next to the site. The noise all day and night make the place not enjoyable

Was pretty good all n all .. more shade trees would be appreciated! The shade would be great on those hot days. No water in the pool :/

Was a nice stop over. Leaking water faucet created a puddle under tongue of trailer making for a messy departure.

This was our second time staying at this campground. We love watching the trains and the sunsets are beautiful. Management is doing an awesome job in fixing the place up. Bathrooms are clean and were given a fresh coat of paint while we were there. This is now our go-to place to get out of the Phoenix heat. Keep up the good work!!

We have been stopping there for years and the place still looks the same. Sites are level but there still needs a little more TLC.

The stay was good. Cabins were clean and cute. Happy to have the A/C microwave. Wish the other KOAs had that. They are accommodating. Hopefully pool will open. Seems that a lot of pools are closed all across the KOAs

I have stayed here several times over the past 2 years and enjoyed each one. Friendly, accommodating staff, clean premises, and the essential services/amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
