In desperate need of some TLC. Our next stop was also in a desert town. amazing the difference a packed crushed stone pad, a poured concrete patio surrounded by grass makes. Too much dirt and dust for us.

The place is clean but very run down. We have a very small 5th wheel and barely were able to fit in the space we were given. Most of the spaces were this same size.

Everything was perfect, had a few hiccups but the KOA team were quick to fix the problems. The whole property was well maintained, very clean and great customer service.

I know with Covid going on things are a little different. It was close to town where we could spend the day there. The pool was empty when website said it would be open. I had to sweep the spider webs of the walls before going to bed. The bathroom was being repainted and needed work in the showers. I know KOA'S are different but this 1 had nothing for the kids to do. We only stayed 1 night.

Very, very rustic, that wasn't the problem for me. The old wooden bed frames in the cabin dIdn’t just sqeak, they sounded like they were coming apart with every little movement, the train noise all night it made for an interesting stay. And It was very hot in the women’s restroom, I couldn’t stand to be in there for more than a couple of minutes.

I know that there were recent new ownership and this campground has been neglected. The manager was great. The sites were large. They need a working pool, get rid of the bees and wasps near the bathrooms, clean up the burrs and goat heads that get in to my dogs feet and fur and my feet too. The store, laundry and restrooms were clean and well lit.

Very helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for KOA these days. Trains bother some but not us. Not paved, so can be dusty. Was a great overnight stay. Thanks for the extra clean rest rooms during this virus thing!

Very friendly staff!! The park is nice and clean with large spaces. Convenient location about a mile off the freeway (no traffic noise). Store well stocked and very very friendly. I’ll have to try one of the cabin’s sometime.

We like this KOA very much, appreciate the owners, their store and all they do to keep the campground clean. Very much like the spacey sites, not the "parking lot" as seen in so many campgrounds.

Stay here every year on our way to Vegas. Good park in neat town. Pizza place next door is nice because you don’t even have to unhook. Short walk and pizza is outstanding! New owner is nice guy and so is the staff!

Mike the owner was wonderful couldn’t ask for a better manager and representative for KOA campgrounds of America. The grounds were always spotless. The restrooms and laundry room was always clean. Will always stay with him when in Seligman to camp out

We tent camped. Grounds were clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. This was our first KOA experience and we were very pleased with the grounds & amenities even though the pool was out of commission.

Staff friendly and helpful. Requested shady site and they were able to accommodate our request. Good water pressure.

My stay was satisfactory. Stay in a Kabin. I wasn’t aware this KOA was bought out, and being under maintenance. So quality of the area was in need of improvement. Hopefully in the near future, it will improved.
