Not friendly, except for maintenance. Not clean grounds, looked like a flea market.

Stopped for the night without reservations and the staff was very accommodating. Trains passed by frequently but no horns. Very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. Staff in office/store were friendly and helpful. Site was dirt/gravel and fairly level. Electric, water, and sewer hookups worked fine. Wifi was not functional. We could not even connect to it. No TV either through cable or antenna. Trains nearby were noisy but did not prevent us from sleeping. Other than the trains, this park was quiet and peaceful.

The staff was unable to accommodate my request for side by side spots for my traveling partner and me. However the staff was friendly and all paperwork was ready at my arrival for a quick check in. The water hookup did leak at the water spigot leaving a damp area around the trailer.

Nothing fancy but good for an overnight stop. Only campground I ever stayed that had no cable or over the air TV reception.

It just a quick stop over this time. Campground very clean and nice staff. Looks like they're making a lot of improvements

Basic gravel KOA designed just as a stop over. Site was clean, all utilities worked, but our site and many others was not level side to side. Second time there this month but have stopped there many other times in previous years. Trains were busy this trip.

After being delayed on our trip, it was awesome how easy they made the after hours check in process. The bathrooms were clean and heated! This was a nice stay and a beautiful place to stop on our vacation.

The owner and staff are great and very easy to work with. The site is clean and well-maintained. The showers were not all that great, but serviceable. Be sure to bring shower flip flops.

I’ve stayed at this KOA multiple times always clean staff very helpful and knowledge of the activities in the area and answered questions!

The new owners (had it for 1.5 years) have done a great job with the front office and have hired some nice staff. There are trains not too far away but, since there are no crossings, they don't blow their whistle so we didn't find it disruptive at all. My girlfriend thought the showers could use some work but I felt they were fine.

2 nights, just passing through, very nice staff and office/camp store, free coffee, propane, sewage dump, reasonably priced, great experience seeing the train traffic go by 24/7 (I mean it!!), no, not fancy but safe and all you need.

They were very kind and allowed us to change the dates of our stay with ease. We arrived late and left early so we didn’t get to really experience much of what they had to offer.

It was very good. WIFI worked great till behemoth motorhome big enough to sport its own zipcode parked next door and blocked the signal.

Facilities clean. Older playground equipment but still fun. Neat location just off Route 66. A lot of "day use" visitors using the laundry facilities. Good for a one night stay but not an extended vacation if you are travelling with kids.

The KOA is a “Journey” level which met our needs for a one night travel stay. Our space was a pull-through and easy to navigate pulling in. The park is a short distance to Seligman for us to visit. Always thankful for a decent and safe place to stay while on the road.

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Seligman and the Route 66 area. The staff was friendly, but the park needs a little better upkeep. There was a lot of train activity, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Cabin beds need more comfortable mattresses. The bed frame squeaks loudly. The mens showers need to be redone. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

One of my favorites. It’s what you expect from a well-run KOA but in gorgeous valley setting well above the heat of the Mojave. I-40 and the Union Pacific main line are close by, but in an RV the noise is just rumbly with no horns blaring. The breakfast at “Westside Lilo’s” cafe just down the road is what keeps me coming back.

Very nice staff, friendly. Only spent the night so didn’t go anywhere but the dog park. That needed more update. There wet weeds and my dog got a sticker in her paw.

No mention of train traffic nearby was mentioned; however we like trains. The grounds could use some landscaping.

Pros:within 100 miles of Sedona and South Rim of Grand Canyon. Cons: WiFi was awful…could not get it at our site E8, trains went by campground every half hour or so and all night long. We were there for 4 nights but could have reduced it to 2 or 3. Overnight stay would be okay
