Ok if you don’t mind trains every 20 minutes or so. No loud horns, just trains rumbling by. No codes for bathrooms makes me nervous. No shade

Nice site. We couldn't get closer to the Grand Canyon, but it was an easy ride to get there.

Staff helpful, however, location too close to train tracks and no cable hook-up or even antenna reception.

Crowded & dusty. But generally okay for the area. We needed to leave a day earlier & the manager said he would credit us back for the day we prepaid. We appreciated that.

Very clean restrooms. Looks tidy in sites. Train noise annoying but that is not KOA's fault.

Very nice very clean-well maintained-clean bathrooms-very pleasant staff-nice store-site very nice as well-price very reasonable-would definitely stay here again!

We took our new 5th wheel here on our first trip because it was close to home. The sites were easy to get in and out of, the dog park was a bonus, and it was quiet. It is near the train tracks, however, we love the sound of the trains, so it did not bother us. Bathrooms were very clean and the store has everything you need.

Staff was nice... Coffee cold.. Train ran too often... Couldn't get a good night's sleep. But I'm sure ppl tell you that all the time. It's too bad because other thab that, it's a nice koa

Over priced for what you get. Train noise is prominent. Never met anyone that worked there - reservation was taped to door with directions to site. Many of the washers and dryers were out of order. Pool closed. Lots of deferred maintenance. Could be a much nicer place with a little TLC.

I always try to stay at a KOA because they are always staffed by friendly and helpful persons. This KOA was no exception. I was going from Ohio to California and will stay there again on the return trip.

Was told the pool has not been open all year, needed work done. But it seems that no one there seems to care. Just to far out of the way to to to Grand Canyon.

Just an overnight stopover. Booking via phone was simple and envelope with site info was where i was told it would be. Everything in good working condition. Did not use any of the facilities and had no personal contact with park personnel.

Friendly staff and clean park! Neat town. Also great pizza next door. Short walk if you don’t want to unhook. As with most Koa’s wished check out was 12 instead of 11.

Wonderful park to stay. Prices were very reasonable. Good WiFi. Didn’t use showers, but laundry, office, & store were very clean. Owner & staff was very nice. Park was well maintained.

We were surprised when we arrived at our spot to see our spot seemed to be the only space that hadn't been raked. Evidently we were the only one with the tree that dropped humungus seed pods. Would of given it 5 stars if our spot had been raked clean of pods and if the pool was usable Bathrooms & laundry were exceptionally clean..Mike was accommodating. Enjoyed our stay in Seligman.

Great check in!!.. reservation and site map was taped to the front door. Park can use a little TLC... Trains run all night so bring a fan or something to drown out the noise!!

Was told when I regist. my info would be taped to the front door. I could find my spot in the park. Found the site ON MY OWN, with no help from staff. Next day went into the office and ask about doggie pack and staff acted as though he knew nothing about doggie packs. Finally he found a box of bones and said take what I needed. Not customer friendly at all.NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO FINISH..,,,,

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the convenience of the location. The only downside was no hot water in the showers.

it was dirty and in need of a lot of repair, just a dirt field needs gravel it would be nice to see some grasss. Mike was nice but campground was aa mess.

It’s clean and very beautiful. There is a nice trail nearby. The person who helped us was very courteous. He didn’t wear his mask when he cane out to give us our spot information.

Great location and at a good price. The park is upgrading and needs to put down gravel to reduce the dust. Friendly and courteous service.

Love this place. It's quiet and serene. The store is amazing and the owners are great. So easy to visit the town from there

The dirt dust and noise level of the trains was awful. I only did an overnight stay and not even my dog liked it.
