Overnight! Loved the pet exercise area. The space was a little small we could not hook up to the sewer. So we used the dump station on the way out.

We recently stayed at the Seligman KOA as a way to test all the systems in our new camper trailer. We were pleastanly surprised with how well appointed and the convenient location of the camp. The sites are fairly level, water pressure good, electric good, sewer at the site and a dump station at the office as well. Conveniently located off the I40. You will hear train noise but it didn't bother us

It’s hard to believe that KOA would allow its name to be associated with this place. It is FOR SURE the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at. Hey, we know it’s Arizona, but this place was just dust and weeds. Didn’t appear they’d made even the slightest effort to tidy the place up. Pool was “closed for repairs”. Trains rumbling by every 20 minutes not 50 yds from the campsites. UGH!

Its so secluded and lovely under the milky way. The little pizza restaurant 10 minutes walking distance was a really lovely experience too.

Checked in after hours, missed the envelope on the door, but managed to self register. Nice but aging facility....very clean, showers are starting to fall apart. Definitely going back.

The people were not as friendly as other KOA Kamp hosts where we have stayed at. The dog parks have no shade for the day, and it is hot!! Nor do they have lights for the night! Thank goodness I brought a flashlight or I wouldn't have been able to see to pick up their droppings.

Pool empty out of service and laundry area with out of service signs. Trains run 24 hours a day about every 20 minutes. At least no train horn noise. If you're looking for a level dirt site and a quick overnight stay and don't mind trains constantly rumbling by give it a try. Only staff was checking in and he was friendly. Camp grounds clean but needs more maintenance and upkeep.

No pool access was very disappointing. Wish we would have been told beforehand that the pool was closed.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but the grounds needs some major repairs and an influx of $$$ to make it a comfortable place.

There is a train that runs about 200 feet next to the site. The noise all day and night make the place not enjoyable

Was a nice stop over. Leaking water faucet created a puddle under tongue of trailer making for a messy departure.

We have been stopping there for years and the place still looks the same. Sites are level but there still needs a little more TLC.

In desperate need of some TLC. Our next stop was also in a desert town. amazing the difference a packed crushed stone pad, a poured concrete patio surrounded by grass makes. Too much dirt and dust for us.

The place is clean but very run down. We have a very small 5th wheel and barely were able to fit in the space we were given. Most of the spaces were this same size.

Everything was perfect, had a few hiccups but the KOA team were quick to fix the problems. The whole property was well maintained, very clean and great customer service.

I know that there were recent new ownership and this campground has been neglected. The manager was great. The sites were large. They need a working pool, get rid of the bees and wasps near the bathrooms, clean up the burrs and goat heads that get in to my dogs feet and fur and my feet too. The store, laundry and restrooms were clean and well lit.

Very helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for KOA these days. Trains bother some but not us. Not paved, so can be dusty. Was a great overnight stay. Thanks for the extra clean rest rooms during this virus thing!

Very friendly staff!! The park is nice and clean with large spaces. Convenient location about a mile off the freeway (no traffic noise). Store well stocked and very very friendly. I’ll have to try one of the cabin’s sometime.
