Always a pleasant time here. It's always quiet and relaxing. Pool was amazing. Since we camp here a couple times a year we can notice all the work the owners are doing to spruce it up. Looking good Mike!!

Pool was nice. Bathrooms were dirty. Random people we’re coming a as of going all night to do laundry and use the bathroom. Felt unsafe.

There was no wifi when in our trailer. You could get it sometimes outside but not inside. The ad said wifi.

Bathrooms OK but dated. Pool very nice but cold even for kids, probably about 72 to 74. Long sites, very nice. Biggest negative is the leaking water valve. Leaked badly at our site so we had to disconnect and pack up in large mud hole. I tried to stop leak but nut was fully tightened already. Needs new packing, easy fix, just 10 minutes. Observed numerous valves leaking but none quite as bad a

It’s a nice park. The town is a cute little town. We ate at the Roadkill Cafe and it was good. Had lunch at Westside Lilo’s. It was good too. They have cute gift shops in town.

Overnight stop, electric box in poor shape, gravel pad, level. Spot very small and close to each other. Bathrooms old but clean. People friendly and helpful!

We originally had plans to stay in Williams at a different KOA but plans changed. While this kampground isn't "perfect," it's very clean and the views are great. It looked like most people just pass through but us deciding to stay here a few nights led us to actually check out Seligman, AZ and see some of the historic route 66 shops and eat at Lilo's Cafe. This is KOA is great and we will be back!

We stayed 2 days, one day was just to visit town, and the second day was to go to Bearzona. restrooms were clean. We didn't use the pool however it looked inviting and had a very clean area. We do plan a return here as a base to see some more local sites. The staff was helpful and very polite.

The bathrooms & showers are disgustingly dirty, WiFi is nonexistent, no Cable tv or reception, extremely noisy trains constantly running. Other than that Seligman is a cool town to pass thru.

Our destination was the Grand Canyon and all closer KOA's were booked. This was really nice, gravel, takes about 1.5 hours to get to the southern rim of the grand canyon about 4 hours to the north rim. We really enjoyed the Route 66 in Seligman. I really appreciate that they have the pool working again. Very nice host!!

Our stay was very pleasant, the host were friendly and helpful. The site was well maintained, quiet and peaceful. There were lots of trains and I love trains. We would stay here again.

I have stayed here many times and don't mind the constant train traffic nearby, nor the lack of cable or antenna tv reception. But these days internet to check for messages is essential. They seriously need to upgrade theirs and are aware it is substandard. I tried for over an hour to connect enough to read email. If they upgrade wifi I'll be back.

It's a nice facility, very nice staff. They offered us ear plugs for free, but we didn't take them up on the offer. As a result, we were awake all night. The train tracks are right next to the campground and they never stop running, it's continuous. All else is good.

Lots of updates since 2019 that are wonderful! Mike and Tracey (sp) were/are wonderful. Love the kennel for our 4-legged furbaby. Hoping storms have subsided so I can now utilize the pool!

This was a quick stop for us to have dinner with some family. We came in after hours with a reservation. Check in was a breeze. Our family met us there, we went out to eat, came back to sleep and we were on our way. Can't really say much more only because we didn't really interact much there. They were there when we needed them. Quick, clean and easy.

Very friendly Hosts, clean showers and bathrooms. Like the improvement that were made and still being worked on. I think it will be a very nice RV park by the time they are finished.

Good stay. Close to I-40, but far enough that you can’t hear traffic sounds. Frequent trains pass by so there is a bit of noise from that. Decent pool to help kids burn off energy.

We had a great time while staying at the Seligman KOA! It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in northern AZ. The train runs right next to the KOA, but it never woke us up. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and laundry room.

This KOA was perfect for our one-night stay. Check in was efficient and the grounds were clean and functional despite the massive monsoonal downpours affecting Northern AZ. We were heading west. We wanted a KOA close enough to traverse the Mojave desert in the cooler morning hours!

The man at front counter not friendly. Checked in for one night was assigned site C3. After the office was closed, decided to stay another night. Went online and booked a sight. Next morning I told the man in the office what I had done. He said that he would give us the same sight. That evening a lady knocked on our door saying she was assigned C3. It was raining and the office was closed.

I was bummed we had to unhook the truck and trailer since we were heading out the next morning. It was a short spot. VIP membership doesn’t get you too much. There were several spaces open throughout the park. Must have had their reasons. It’s a good place to sleep one night with hookups and be on your way.

Park is on a slight hill with the office being at the bottom. Sites close to the pool and Office will flood when raining and will be muddy as there is no concrete in the park. Everything is clean and in working order, but dated. There are 2 sets of RR tracks within 100 yards of the park with trains traveling in both directions about every 15 min. We enjoyed the town, many options for dinning.

Camp host was not that friendly, and 1 night there was a storm in the area we lost power and water around 730pm and it did not come back until 330 am, it would have been nice if the host or someone would have came and checked on the KOA.... there are a lot of people there that are not from the area and was not really sure what was going on....

Spoke with the male owner over the phone, he was pretty short and monotone. It made me feel like my call was inconveniencing him. When we arrived the male owner was there and was equally cold and unfriendly. He didn’t welcome us. It made us feel uncomfortable and like we were imposing upon him. Aside from that interaction, the facility is fine for a night passing through.

Good enough for passing through and needing a nights stay. For some reason I couldn't in hitch, uneven land after Monsoon I guess. So left attached. Site was just long enough for 5th & F350. My power is in rear and site had power i front ??? So I just pulled in opposite owner had no problem with that. Wifi was 1 mb. Baths we're clean. Trains non issue.

A great place to get off the road and rest. Great price, clean bathrooms and showers. The pool is fantastic. The custodians care about the customers. Great gift shop and munchies to:))

The restrooms left something to be desired. There was no air venting & they were extremely hot/humid/stifling whenever you went into them. No one came around to clean up the campgrounds as people left so if trash was left by a previous camper it was left for the new camper. Very disappointing.

Very pleasant environment . . . quiet and unhurried. The dog runs are especially nice. My family didn't use many of the amenities, but everything was available and clean and well-cared for.

The site had a used glove and cigarette buts from previous occupants. We are new to KOAs. In this summer's trip, we stayed at newer and older campgrounds. Being older didn't necessarily make the campground unclean or feel unsafe. I didn't feel safe in this one, however, I couldn't lock the bathroom/shower door; I wasn't willing to shower there - one of the biggest reasons we started using KOAs.

Very odd and different place. Water pressure was terrible. They never answer the phone. After hours calls went unanswered. Pool was open every night till 10 or 11 Pm. Full of kids. The night we finally went to use it, Friday night at 6pm, they closed it. No reason. They wouldn’t return calls to open it. Never got any return calls except to extend one night because my fiancé was hurt on the atv.
