Mike the owner is amazing and his crew are equally so. Love staying there. Comfortable, showers are great and just an overall great experience every time we go.

It was fine for a one night stay. Unfortunately the welcome email came after we left so we didn’t know there was free coffee. The electrical and water was too far forward for us to connect unless we unhooked our trailer which we didn’t want to do.

Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Located in historic seligman, what a great little town! Down the road from the fictitious town of radiator springs.

We had a great time at the Seligman KOA! Even being a Journey, there was more to do than I expected with improvements going on around the camp. We enjoyed watching the trains go by and watching the awesome summer storm roll through. We plan to come back to get out of the Arizona heat and see the bright star-lit sky!

We enjoyed our stay at Seligman KOA as it was a great starting point for the many adventures we did while in the area. They got the pool open while we were there and set up a water slide for the kids. It is a fairly new owner who is working to make it a really nice park.

We stayed 3 days and had a great time. The little city nearby is so awesome.

The staff was friendly and the park was quiet despite the trains going by every 20 minutes (they did not blow their horns). There was a pool and laundry but we didn’t use them, we were busy going to the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater, etc. This park needs more shade trees and better WiFi. We could never get a good enough signal for anything with the “free WiFi “.

The restrooms were not clean. The sinks were plugged and slow draining with scum on the sides. I also had to remove hair from the shower drain and floor in the early hours.

These people were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a clean place. The only thing I wish is that we could of enjoyed the pool. It was not open while we were there.

It was a nice easy stay. They have a pool, a decent dog park, and a small kids play area. The sites have minimal trees and a bit of weeds, rustic comes to mind. But the stay was quiet- even with the train, which is fun to watch- even one from each direction passing each other:-).

Only stayed one night so did not use any amenities. Very adequate for what we needed.

Facility was very nice, and the late check-in system was easy. We would recommend with the caveat that it lies between a very busy railroad and BR I-40, and noise may bother guests. We counted 18! trains between 8:30 pm and 8:00am, a train watcher's paradise.

We drove Lake Havasu for a maiden RV shakedown. We were extremely pleased with the grounds and the facilities. You even have staff going out of their way to provide assistance. We’ll be back!! Thank you

Everything was PERFECT.

We had a full hookup, drive through site. Everything worked well. Check-in was quick and efficient. We would stay there again.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. The camp store has anything you may have forgotten. Yes the pool is under refurbishing but soon will be ready. The train’s go by frequently but that didn’t bother us, the noise wasn’t as loud as some places we have been to next to an express way. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Not much grass but then you are in a desert area. We enjoyed are 2 d

I rolled in "after hours" and my site was assigned, ready, and waiting. Lot's of quiet neighbors sitting outside and enjoying a very pleasant evening. Took a nice walk into town and then came back for some stargazing and a good night's sleep. Lot's of morning time bird activity, clean facility, and friendly staff -- I'll definitely stay again!

Nice location on Route 66. Friendly staff.

No Grassed areas, few trees, and an empty swimming pool that hasn't seen water in over two years. The site is about two hundred yards from the main train track line the goes east and west with aprox. 20 trains an hour 24/7. It does have a laundry, rest rooms and showers. propane for purchase, and easy pull thru sites. Has 30 & 50 amp, water and dump hookup at most sites.

The good: Bathrooms fairly well maintained, some trees on property. The bad (not owner's fault) is the train noise. The other bad - some infrastructure in poor condition. Visitors hit electric and water pulling out, but these should be promptly repaired! Electrical looks scary and feels unsafe. Person at check in was not very welcoming. Late night music was not dealt with.

The place is fine to stay one night if you have no other option. The grounds and building definitely needs some attention. The restrooms and showers are very old and dirty. Looks like there are some questionable people living full time in the bungalows. The dumpster is overflowing with garbage. This was not what we expected.

Nice stay except this is the second year in a row that the pool has been under construction. It would be very nice if they would inform customers, especially when they are being asked about it. All I was told was “we’re working on it”, and “it’s possible”. Be honest, “no the pool won’t be up and running”.

Was disappointed that the pool wasn't in service. Went to dump our garbage in the evening after being gone all day and the dumpster was locked.

Decent wind blown place with an empty pool in mid June. Bathrooms were clean. If you like Route 66 memorbilia this is an interesting spot.

We pulled into the campground and immediately were unimpressed. Old, rusted out cars and equipment were adjacent to the office. The website advertised a pool, which was our main reason for booking the campground, only to find it out of service and indeed drained of water. The pet grounds were littered with dog feces and burrs what I had to pick out of my dogs feet. We didn’t stay our second nigh

While we had no issues, we've stayed here a couple times in the past and we just felt it wasn't as clean and picked up. The water spigots were leaking at most of the sites and the electrical outlet had spiderwebs. We realize this KOA has different owners since our last visit, so hopefully things will improve.

It is in the middle of nowhere. The pool, was drained and had no water in it. We drove out and forfeited our money. I wouldn't stay there or recommend it to anyone !!!
