We were able to make a last minute reservation with no issues. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The entire place was extremely accommodating from the huge RV spaces, the picnic tables, the fire pits, the private bathroom/showers, the laundry machines, to the store inside! The view was amazing as well!

Overall great stay! Staff is welcoming & helpful. Clean laundry/game room. Kid friendly & pet friendly. Loved the location & mountain views, bald eagles nest was a nice bonus.

We had an amazing time while visiting. Everything was clean and front desk was very friendly. The only down fall was we were told we would be close to the playground but ended up in a spot almost at the end. Will stay again but will definitely double check on the spot while reserving.

Very friendly staff. Loved the restrooms and showers. Needs more landscaping but understand that is planned. Did not have a camphost and laundry change machine was empty. Frustrating as my laundry was all placed in washers but worked out ok - just did it later.

Not the prettiest campground itself, but the surroundings are magnificent. We all enjoyed watching the eagles feed their babies.

We love the Seward KOA. We especially appreciate the clean bathrooms and laundry area. The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. We will be back!

This KOA is very clean. They have nice big showers, a beautiful location and the camping spots are not too close together.

The campground is well kept. Playground & activities for kids. Beautiful view of the mountain. Definitely will stay again, but prices go up during holidays �� so maybe not on a holiday...

This was a great campground to stay out. Close to town and close to Exit Glacier. A gorgeous view and great facilities.

I loved the k9 camp. My dog struggles doing her business on a leash so this was an amazing option!

Beautiful view, super nice camp host, super clean and the playground is not just for kids. My husband and I enjoyed the corn hole, horse shoes, and the ladder ball games.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They accommodated our group immensely! The facilities on this campground were by far the cleanest and most up to date that I’ve ever used & ive been camping for many years. I plan on bringing my family back, the next long weekend we have ! We had a little mishap with one of our vehicles & the staff helped us until we could get it all figured out. 10/10 !!

Staff was incredibly nice! The bathhouse and laundry were so clean. The campground was also clean and very welcoming with amazing views we can’t wait to visit again.

Newly opened, very friendly and accommodating. Dog team next door bothered my son for first night, but we got used to the occasional "singing". The bald eagle nest was a bonus. The site is beautiful with the mountains and Resurrection River flowing across the street. It will be nicer when the birch trees grow up in the parking areas. Clean and organized. Very convenient to town.

We stayed at the Seward KOA for 6 days. The stay was extremely enjoyable and relaxing. The park was in excellent condition and the staff fantastic. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Everything was nice and open and no trees around in the camper area which is nice preventing a lot of mosquitoes. The one tree you did have in front had a bald eagles nest which was amazing! Nice showers rec room and all!

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, brand new site. The KOA cabin we stayed in was perfect and complete with a heater and electricity. However, the dog kennel behind the cabin left some peace and quiet to be desired. Dogs were howling all night long. I think if KOA moved the cabin to the other side of the campground (I know that's not an easy task) it would help with the noise. Bring earplugs!

This was our second stay at the Seward KOA this summer. We book the first row next to the road and enjoy the beautiful scenery and quick walk to the river bed. All the amenities were super clean and the activities for kids are wonderful. We'll be back again!

New and clean. There's a sled dog team next door, but you rarely hear any dogs! Only ever heard them once around 8:30 a.m.(breakfast?) A lonesome, old cottonwood tree houses an Eagle's nest in the campground. You can hear them and see them coming and going from the nest. Pretty cool. I will recommend this place to anyone I know heading down that way.

Very nice and clean. I understand it’s new however, it’s gravel parking lot camping. Love the view and watching the Eagles.

Really nice place, everything was new,the bathrooms and showers, you have lots of space in the RV spot, each spot had a picnic table, a fire ring, and A freshly planted tree, the big cottonwood tree has eagle's nest with a newborn eagle, the couple that owns the place were really nice, we plan on going back real soon

Definitely recommend!! Beautiful campground!! Bathhouse very clean!! Washer and dryer access is a big plus. No sewage hookup, but having a dump station was fine especially knowing the a lot of the other campgrounds around Alaska don’t.

Loved the views, the camp hosts and all the facilities. The only thing I would change is to somehow make a water divide on the floor in the bathrooms between the toilet and shower so it would be so slippery going to the toilet after someone showers. Other then that I plan to go back a couple times a year. I love that place and everything about it.

Office staff was super friendly! Witnessed lots of cleaning/disinfecting of the tables and main areas. Tent pads at some of the camp spots were a bonus. Cool playground and games for kids. Downside is it was just a gravel parking lot- not a lot of privacy or wilderness. Pretty expensive ($77 dollars a night) for what you get. Short walk to a beach area where kids can play. Overall good experience.

Overall pleasant experience- hence the rating. However, some things to be aware of that affected our stay: If you are a late online check-in (we were tenting) the bathrooms require an access code that isn't provided unless you checked in early enough to receive an envelope in the the late check-in drawer. Additionally, next door to the campground is a dog kennel (appeared to be a sled team) and from 6:40am- when we left at 8:15am, the roughly 20 dogs were constantly barking and howling incredibly loudly. If you are in a camper/RV I don't think this would be an issue, but for tent campers, be aware. Otherwise, some positives, the campground is clean, orderly, plenty of hot water, the bathrooms are private and warm, and the morning views are gorgeous.

Clean and scenic campground! Not on the water, but a modern campground with all the needed amenities. Owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
