Dozens of dogs next door kept us up all night barking- there was a half filled beer cup outside the cabin when we arrived which there for the two days we stayed- cabin didn't seemed like it had been cleaned - the upper bunk was wobbly and the entire bunk bed was slanted so the top bed was unusable- could not find a smoke alarm-the most expensive Kabin we have stayed in. Bathrooms not cleaned

The hot showers and laundry were nice. We stayed in the cabin for $150. Thought it'd be tucked back more. It also had a strange smell (glue-like) so we kept the window open. Didn't know there was a kennel right behind the cabin when we booked it either. The dogs barked up until 10pm and started again on and off at 4am. Ended up here after switching plans last minute, wouldn't recommend for price.

It was a terrible windstorm, power outage and cold morning when we were trying to make breakfast but it was too windy to cook outside. The dogs barked much of the day and howled at night. But that’s what dogs do. More bathroom facilities and more cabins would be awesome to see as this site grows. The staff was amazing and the site was incredibly clean. Looking forward to the mini golf opening up

Stayed in the cabin, was great. Would be nice if there were more cabins and some with bathroom/kitchen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall my stay was pleasant and in a great location! I did have a couple of cleaning issues that I notified staff about before I left, they were very apologetic, hopefully it will be taken care of for the next guest.

The neighboring dog kennel will keep me from another stay but the staff, facility and location are ideal.

This is the best KOA campgrounds we have stayed at. The staff and owner here are outstanding. I have a brain injury. (TBI) I am very socially awkward. I say things that are odd. It is part of my aphasia and social awkwardness. I tend to come across as too friendly but they were patient and understanding. I try too hard to overcome my fear of social interactions and they were so kind

We had a great time. The facilities are very clean and convenient. The views from the campground are stunning and it’s a very short drive to Exit Glacier in Kenai Fjords Nat’l Park.

Beautiful facility with fantastic scenery set in the mountains. Very clean restrooms and showers. I highly recommend this campsite.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, brand new site. The KOA cabin we stayed in was perfect and complete with a heater and electricity. However, the dog kennel behind the cabin left some peace and quiet to be desired. Dogs were howling all night long. I think if KOA moved the cabin to the other side of the campground (I know that's not an easy task) it would help with the noise. Bring earplugs!

Overall pleasant experience- hence the rating. However, some things to be aware of that affected our stay: If you are a late online check-in (we were tenting) the bathrooms require an access code that isn't provided unless you checked in early enough to receive an envelope in the the late check-in drawer. Additionally, next door to the campground is a dog kennel (appeared to be a sled team) and from 6:40am- when we left at 8:15am, the roughly 20 dogs were constantly barking and howling incredibly loudly. If you are in a camper/RV I don't think this would be an issue, but for tent campers, be aware. Otherwise, some positives, the campground is clean, orderly, plenty of hot water, the bathrooms are private and warm, and the morning views are gorgeous.

Great RV campground. Clean & hot showers, clean and heated bathrooms, along with laundry facilities. Super nice folks, too.

Clean and scenic campground! Not on the water, but a modern campground with all the needed amenities. Owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
