Campground was awesome. Hookups, activities for kids and bath house was super clean! Plus being right across from the river was a bonus on the hot days. Only downfall was being right next to a mushers kennel... and the doing going crazy at 1:30 AM!! But overall it was a great experience.

We think that Billy and Bree were very warm and helpful, and did a great job keeping up with supplies when things ran low (paper towel, hand sanitizer, etc.) The restrooms and showers were always clean and overall campground appearance was very nice. The log cabin office is such a beautiful building and who doesn't like watching an active eagles nest right in the campground... We'll be back!!!

It was a great place. My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. The hosts were more than helpful and the facilities were clean and easily accessible. I will definitely be staying there again.

It was great! Only bummer was Lack of landscaping contributed to high noise volume from lots of children and bigger trees might help with the WIND factor

Very nice campground. Had all hook ups, 65 ft campsites , fire pits and picnic tables. Office building beautiful. Personnel running the campground extremely nice.

Best campground in AK. EXCELLENT spots for tent campers. We loved the boxes built. Please construct more! Bathrooms were fabulous. Electricity and water hookups were nice and readily available. I cannot say anything bad about this campground. Please build more.

Roomy spaces, nice bathrooms/showers, very welcoming staff- professional and engaging. Beautiful campground with river and mountain scenery! Great find - sure glad we booked and stayed!!!

Nice campground! Well maintained, all hookups worked well. Friendly people managing the campground. It will be even nicer when the new trees are full grown. I would recommend Campground as a nice place to camp.

We chose KOA in Seward because we were bringing our dogs and are dog loving people. I was somewhat disappointed with all the loose roaming dogs. I saw one urinate on a chair left out in a neighboring campsite. Loved having the dog kennel next door and the nesting eagles were cool.

Would have loved some more grassy areas for our 4 legged babies. Even just the dog park would be nice. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

The campground facilities were excellent, but the large bore semi-automatic rifle fire across the highway was very disturbing to me and my wife!! The shooting continued until 7:30 p.m. on our first evening. We stayed two nights and left a day early on a 3-night reservation. There is an open public rifle range across the highway from the RV park. RVers should know this before booking here.

We had a great stay. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. Staff are friendly and family oriented. Will definitely will be going back.

We stayed right in front of the playground and by the barking dogs. It was difficult at first but we got use to it... Other than that we loved it and we will be back. Thank you Seward KOA

KOA Seward is very easily accessible, very well laid out, super clean, grounds, office and restrooms. Management is awesome too!! Second time there and will return in the future

Awesome staff and facility. View was spectacular, roomy RV spaces. Restroom and shower facilities were spotless. It is obvious that Bree and Billy take a lot of pride is this wonderful location!

Absolutely cannot say enough about our recent trip to the Seward KOA! Bree, Bill, and Tina couldn't have been more accommodating. Facilities were fantastic. Restrooms and showers were spotless! Spacious RV parking. Bree even delivered ice to our space when I missed the last bag they had in stock on our hottest day of the year. Great location, great staff, we will definitely be back with friends.

Overall pleasant experience- hence the rating. However, some things to be aware of that affected our stay: If you are a late online check-in (we were tenting) the bathrooms require an access code that isn't provided unless you checked in early enough to receive an envelope in the the late check-in drawer. Additionally, next door to the campground is a dog kennel (appeared to be a sled team) and from 6:40am- when we left at 8:15am, the roughly 20 dogs were constantly barking and howling incredibly loudly. If you are in a camper/RV I don't think this would be an issue, but for tent campers, be aware. Otherwise, some positives, the campground is clean, orderly, plenty of hot water, the bathrooms are private and warm, and the morning views are gorgeous.

Clean and scenic campground! Not on the water, but a modern campground with all the needed amenities. Owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
