  • General Store / Registration Office: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Pool Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, closes November 1st for the season.
  • Laundry: Open 24 Hours
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Monthly Rental Site Late Fees

Rent is due on the date you checked into the campground. After the 5th day you will be charged a late fee, or the campground has the option to evict you. No partial payments; rent is due in full unless you have made arrangements with and received approval from management.

Fire Rules Information

Wildlife Awareness

This campground is home to a variety of wildlife, both large and small. Stay alert and always give animals the space and respect they deserve. To protect both yourself and wildlife, keep dogs on a leash and securely store food, trash and cooking supplies.

Golf Cart Policy

Electric golf carts only with proof of insurance. No ATVs or UTVs allowed in the campground.
Must be 16 and have a valid drivers license.

Pet Policy

Only 2 pets per camp site. No aggressive breeds or mixed breeds, including Pits, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Atikas & Chows.

Vehicle Policy

Only two vehicles per site, if they fit; no parking on the grass, in vacant lots, or on the road. Excessive revving of engines will not be tolerated in the campground. No working on vehicles in the campground. No vehicle or RV washing without management approval. All vehicles must have a current registration and license plate, or they need to be parked in the overflow section with management approval.

Utility Trailers

Utility trailers are not allowed at the camp site, we do have an area in the over flow for them.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are to check in at the campground office. Only two vehicles are allowed on campsite, all others will need to parked in our overflow lot. Day visitor guests are not allowed to use the pool on holidays.

Trash Pickup

Trash pickup is at 10:00 AM daily. Do not leave trash out overnight.

Speed Limit

Speed limit 5 mph, includes golf carts, all bikes & scooters
