The campground was very nice and the staff was helpful. We only stayed one night. The bathroom was clean.

Best features, clean showers and bathroom, no problems with cell phones or the internet, friendly staff and clean and well laid out, level sites. We did not rate 5 stars because there is always has to be room for improvement!

They were very unaccommodating. The site guide was very condescending with a very poor attitude. My space was too short and would not move me stating they were booked which was found to be untrue. This is the first KOA that I found completely unacceptable and I’ve stayed at a lot over the years! I will never go back there again.

The facilities were very nice. We needed to have a mobile RV service come out and repair some damage on RV from prior tire failure damage (NOT "body work"). The person recommend was very capable, and prompt. The staff was very helpful and displayed a "can do" approach to all our requests.

Campground is nice, but very tight spaces. Literally next to a highway. I know it’s not the campgrounds fault, but nice to know before going. Clean facility.

Very hospitable staff. Grounds were spotless with worker bees traveling around in golf carts picking up debris, helping campers park their rigs. Laundry room very well maintained.

As far as the campground was concerned it was very clean and the people that attended to us were very accommodating. With the horrendous thunderstorm and being in a tentThe only other thing that we could possibly complain about is something that you can’t fix, that would be the noise from the highway in the roadway out in front loading unloading trucks all night long

Everyone there was super nice plus they were able to find us a RV spot one day early! We had to move spaces, but hey, we had A VERY NICE PLACE to stay. While we were there a very bad thunderstorm came through that had tornado potential. We were in the Class A motorhome that we though would be blown over and washed down the road. We survived as did everyone else except those in tents!

Tenting site was great and bathrooms were clean. On return trip we stayed in cabin because bad weather was expected. Cabin sure could use a good cleaning. Brandon in office was very great at his job. Having people like him taking your reservation and then checking us in made it all worth it.

Really nice KOA campground with spacious patio sites. Showers and laundry areas were modern and clean. The campground is very close to the interstate at an ON ramp and EXIT ramp so trucks are accelerating and braking most all the time.

My wife and I have stayed at many KOAs and Good Sam campgrounds and rely upon them for honest quality ratings as we travel to places we’ve never been. Travelers should understand the campground is located in an industrial area with no other businesses closely located although it is a short trip to downtown Sioux Falls. Sandi, mgr was very unprofessional and rude. We arrived a little after 12pm. Said if we didn't want to pay early arrival fee then we could sit outside the gate until 1pm. Only 25% of sites were occupied but gave us site against hwy. Was loud & hard to sleep. Brandon & other staff were apologetic and nice.

We were traveling home and this was a half way back home stay for us. Very quiet and we got a good nights rest . Very happy with the camp grounds.

Both times I have stayed at KOA, Sioux Falls, SD, staff (office & grounds) has been pleasant, very accommodating with reservations and easy to visit with. Even though I forgot the 11:00 am checkout time and had to pay the fee (totally my fault-I’m used to State Park’s checkout time of 4pm and didn’t even think about the checkout time), I would/will recommend and will definitely be back. Very nice facility and very well kept. Sites were tight but no worries as a Journey. Staff was great and recommended visiting Falls Park which was a perfect location for an evening walk. Slight noise from I90 but did not disturb our sleep. WIFI was very good.
