I asked for a 50 Amp site it was 30 Amp and no other site to move too. We were near the pool and on our last day our sewer was backed up with the pool back flush and the rv behind us had try to dump their sewage. We had it all at our drain... yuk. We will not be there again!

Though making upgrades, which likely will improve upon the stay, we were stuck in the 'construction zone'. We paid for out pet twice, despite inquiring as to why. Not the best KOA, though has potential for the months ahead.

We stopped over on our journey west. We had a very nicely shaded but dusty site. The bathrooms were very clean though a bit outdated. The CG boarders I-90 so it is a great location but with the usual highway traffic noise which did settle overnight. Overall, a nice place to stay for the road-weary traveler.

Easy to find, the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The landscape was groomed and neatly trimmed. Cleanliness of the pool area, laundry room and the common areas was well kept and organized. Yes I would strongly recommend this KOA to my family and friends. Conveniently located next to a Camping World.

Nice park with friendly and helpful staff. Sites are good size and well kept. Nice big dog park. Having Camping World right next door is helpful if you need anything. Have been here before and will definitely be back again!

Nice wide spaces! Beautiful deluxe patio and fire ring, perfect for S’mores!! Very nice selections of gifts and delicious coffee!! Great Staff too!

Fecal material smeared in the men’s shower. Highway noise. Very tight spaces. No fire rings - only available if a fire pit is rented.

Backs up to freeway and near airport so very noisy during the day. Not a lot of traffic in the night during the week which was good. Still heard semis and some cars but not planes.

Well maintained and convenient rv park. It's close to I-90, but we really didn't notice the road noise. Very convenient location at the east end of Sioux Falls. Camping World is adjacent in case you need supplies. Friendly staff. Many mature shade trees. When you're there, be sure to check out the falls.....

Nice place. We have stayed here twice while transitting through the area. Staff verey pleasant and attentive. Sites very clean. WiFi is exceptional, and should be the standard for all KoA campgrounds. Drive down to the Falls in downtown Sioux Falls for a quick daytrip.

This is a good stopover point but not much longer than the 2 nights we spent. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the road noise and back to back spot we had were not particularly enjoyable.

Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a premium site… Don’t bother packing a gas grill because there’s a clean one ready for use. Easy on easy off to the highway. The coffee is free and ready to go in the morning!

All employees need more training so they can share correct information on the phone as well as in person. Employees needs more training on guiding people to their trailer space. We were told to drive through a back in site. My husband had to explain to her the utilities were on the wrong side and the tongue would have been in the middle of a 2 trailer space. Mini golf is in poor condition.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our back ins are all back to back so if one is vacant, you can drive through. Our escorts show 60 plus people a day to sites. I apologize if she did not explain this well enough, but please trust our staff when getting shown to your site this is why we do it. Thanks for staying!

We were there one night on our way east. Great site, pull through, with patio, grill, and furniture. Very convenient, we didn't have to unload and load our gear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, appreciate escort to the site, it makes it much easier when you are in an unfamiliar place.

Very nice facility and very well kept. Sites were tight but no worries as a Journey. Staff was great and recommended visiting Falls Park which was a perfect location for an evening walk. Slight noise from I90 but did not disturb our sleep. WIFI was very good.
