Enjoyed the KOA at Rochester, Illinois. The deluxe cabin was very clean and roomy and the grounds were well kept.

Nice people, but was not happy that you pay a good amount of money for a Super Deluxe Cabin and it does not come with paper towels, linens, coffee, etc. without having to pay extra for it.

The owner was pleasant and the campground was well maintained and clean. Super kid friendly with many activities available at no extra cost. We loved the mini golf course and the dog park. We will be visiting again next season!

Thanks for an awesome camping grounds! My family and I, along with our friends, really enjoyed our time there. My family stayed in the deluxe cabin and my friends stayed in their camper, which was conveniently parked directly next to us. It was perfect. I'll definitely be recommending your site. Thanks again!

We were very disappointed in the camping cabin. We have stayed at many KOA camping cabins in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. But the Springfield cabin was well below par. The bedding was not the usual wooden posted bed with a camping mattress; it was a metal frame bed with a regular mattress. The cabin floor was cheap along with all of the furnishings. It was not up to KOA standards.

Been staying there off and on over 30 yrs, Linda keeps the place in great condition and constantly upgrades the amenities.

We were not informed about the water issue before arrival or included in our packet that we picked up after hours. If we had been informed prior, with all the health dept details we may have continued with our trip. Owner was helpful with a refund, but advance info would have been helpful.

This was by far the worst KOA I have stayed at. The mattress was a spring not a mattress. There was nothing to do. It was awful. Almost left in the middle of the night.

I rented a cabin for five days. The cabin was spotless and very homelike. The bed was comfortable. The owner is as nice as can be and helpful. The staff is friendly without being intrusive. The pool and shower room were in great shape. The cabins are a great go-to when I did not feel like hauling my trailer.

Very clean and we loved all the extras included in our stay!!! Good old fashioned family fun with a jumpig pad, swimming pool, bikes, playground, and mini golf!

Everything is so well taken care of the cabins are clean. The camp sites are all maintained. So nice and quiet. The caretakers are very nice and helpful.

This was our first stop/stay on our Family Vacation (our first ever stay at a KOA) & we'll definitely be back if we're in the area again. The lady that helped us book & was there at the front desk/running the KOA (Linda) was absolutely amazing; she was very kind & helpful in every way. The other two staff on site were super kind & helpful as well. They set the bar high for all others, we loved it!

Overall my stay was okay. I was disappointed in the chemical plug-ins in the restroom and the strong "chemical laundry soap smell" coming off the linens that I paid for. It was so strong we weren't able to use the sheets/blankets at all. I recommend free & clear laundry soap and an air purifier (instead of plug-in) as healthier alternatives that would benefit your guests with health issues.

The pool was nice. The stuff for the kids to do was fun. The lady running the place was terrible. The lady yelled at us at check in because she got us mixed up with another check in and she scared my kids who all ran to hide behind me. This same lady lectured us for asking for the hours of operation for the bounce pad, which again she scared my kids who then asked me what we did wrong. Terrible.

We visited for one night while traveling through the area. Clean campgrounds, cabin, and bathrooms. There were lots of activities for the kids to do.

The community Showers and restrooms were very clean & were nice. The cabins were also clean. The main office was orderly & clean. Nice staff. If you want a place to disconnect from the world, very quite. Needs some updating. The only thing that kept us from rating higher is the mattress in the cabins although clean, were very soft and thin. Bad night sleep. Ended up sleeping in bunk bed.

We had a nice quiet stay. The cabin was clean and ready for us. Grounds were nicely kept. We will likely be back this summer. It’s close to home, but still away from home. Staff and other guests were friendly.

It was busy. No one was taking social distancing or mask precautions. There were lots of activities. It was decent, but it was not as nice as most KOAs.

Wonderful campground! Super nice and clean bathrooms. Cabin was clean and had AC (no heat though). Nice playground, pool, and jumping pad for the kids, and small dogpark for the furry kids! Nice that they deliver firewood to your camp site for you. Great place! Kids looked like they were all having so much fun on the free bikes!

This campground is beautiful!!! We came here sight unseen. We got the site with the nicest glass table and chairs on the patio. I hardly go inside the RV because I love it so much. It's October so most things are out of season. It's a nice campground with lots of room. We are not piled on top of each other which is so great!! No complaints.... I recommend this campground 100% In October beware of tons of stink bugs. Buy a fly swatter.... it will be your best friend.

I stayed at one of the cabins. It was more than perfect. The cabin was clean and just right for one, maybe two people. I use KOA for a secret hotel room. It cost less, you get more, and you can have a fire every night. The owner here is wonderful and my only complaint about her is she is fixing to retire soon. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
