Wonderful! This campground is very nice and well kept. Our cabin was great and we had an awesome time. Nice pool, playground and jump pad for the kids and a small dog park for the furry kids. Linda is great and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

The ownership at KOA Springfield is very helpful to make sure your stay is satisfactory and service is more than you would expect with deliveries of wood and ice. The grounds are immaculate and the facilities are very clean. It is small enough to walk everywhere. Loved our stay in Springfield.

We had a great stay. Linda in the office was absolutely wonderful! We met some awesome neighbors in the cabin next to us and even got to meet the local raccoons. The facilities were clean and comfy. We would love to visit again.

We have been several times and love it! Friendly, clean and the grounds are beautiful. Lots of shade and things to do. This campground is off the beaten path and you feel like you are so far from anything but you aren’t! We will be back! Thanks Linda! �ϋ�

Rented a deluxe cabin, slept 4 - double bed and twin bunks. We really enjoyed our stay! Public areas were closed due to COVID, but going on walks, visiting around campfire, and potluck meals with friends was very enjoyable. Linda was a wonderful host...very attentive, helpful, and accommodating!

This is a great campground! Very clean and quiet. We originally reserved a camper site for the weekend. We had a little problem on the way down, and had to change up and rent a cabin at the last minute. The wonderful lady in charge let us change everything at the last minute. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Very nice stay! The deluxe cabin had everything we needed. The kids loved the fun 3 wheel bikes they had available for use. Linda was very helpful and friendly. Thanks very much!

We were traveling to Chicago and found the Springfield KOA in the app to stop for the evening. The desk agent said there were no cabins available until I mentioned the app said they had 3 openings. She then confirmed they had 1 available. We were also charged extra for using a credit card, which has never happened at a KOA before, nor was it posted anywhere.

Stayed two nights, it was very peaceful, & relaxing. As usual restrooms & showers were very clean.

They had better cabins empty but stuck us in the worst one. Couldn't get to take advantage of the customer appreciation weekend either. Not very friendly. No hot water. There was a hot water heater under the sink. We like koa but not this one. Sorry .

I reviewed your stay, and there were no other cabins available. It seems you were unable to take advantage of the weekend because the cabin was previously booked. We suggest early bookings for weekends as we book in advance. And as far as the hot water I am not sure as I went down to check and was working just fine this morning. Sincerely, Kim

We stayed at the biggest cabin with friends and had a super experience. It was very clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was there. Our other friends had their fifth wheel there, and we all had a wonderful time. Showers were nice and hot and very clean. It is off the beaten path and in a very quiet area, and just a short drive to the Springfield sites.

What a fun campground! The events for Labor Day made the stay that much more fun -- from music to scavenger hunts to great BBQ. We will be visiting again.

This campground is beautiful!!! We came here sight unseen. We got the site with the nicest glass table and chairs on the patio. I hardly go inside the RV because I love it so much. It's October so most things are out of season. It's a nice campground with lots of room. We are not piled on top of each other which is so great!! No complaints.... I recommend this campground 100% In October beware of tons of stink bugs. Buy a fly swatter.... it will be your best friend.

I stayed at one of the cabins. It was more than perfect. The cabin was clean and just right for one, maybe two people. I use KOA for a secret hotel room. It cost less, you get more, and you can have a fire every night. The owner here is wonderful and my only complaint about her is she is fixing to retire soon. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
