Linda, the owner is an awesome campground owner. She really cares about her campground and her campers. She was so helpful. The park is very quiet, nested in trees (not too many as we were able to still us our satellite dish) and peaceful. Our site was a pull thru with plenty of space for our trailer and truck. Highly recommend this campground. Close to all Lincoln sites. Would stay here again.

It’s a little ways off the highway and the Lincoln sites, but overall a nice place. We did hear what sounded like gun shots off in the distance that kinda was freaking out our dog. Not sure if there was a gun range near by or just hunters.

Nice, clean campground. It’s a little out of the way but worth it. So quiet. Great little dog park. Very accommodating as we asked to stay a little later to watch a football gamest a friends camper. They let us park in the grass. We could have stayed right in our spot but it was rented for that night. Great campground

Owners very helpful. Full service hookups are what we look for. Store was stocked with items we sometimes needed. Great stay!

We liked our site and enjoyed our time there. Saw Lincoln tomb and house. I think we've stayed here twice and would stay again if we come this way. Love the location. Quiet and peaceful.

Space pretty tight because of the post with space number on it. Little hard to find and roads not great for bigger rigs. Area well kept and people friendly.

Our stay at the KOA was enjoyable. After sightseeing most of our days, the KOA was very quiet. This was very welcoming.

We had booked Springfield MO by mistake. Linda was a Goddess and made our error so easy after arriving late and realising our mistake. She even arranged a refund from MO. The park is lovely also.

The staff/owners were very cordial and friendly. They helped us with any information we needed. The camp ground was well maintained and we had a pleasant, quiet experience.

Wet, messy, long grass clippings a big tracking problem. A regular mowing routine is needed. I would have rated this park a much higher rating if not for this problem. People don't like tracking the outside into their RV's. This must have been their first mowing in two months. The grass blades were 5 to 6 inches long. The wet due in the morning cause grass to stick to ones shoes.

Thank you for your feedback. Our grounds keeper has a regular routine of cutting on Tuesday and Wednesday. We are working on getting a grass collector bag, and will keep your comment in mind when making our final selection of which one to get.

The first night was great. The next day, the people in the cabin down from us had guests. Starting in the afternoon. They were very loud until close to midnight. We didn’t get to sleep until very late. Otherwise our stay was good.

Crappy site. Rocky gravel and grass area a hill. There were lots of other nicer, open sites. Why do they fill the bad sites and leave nice ones open?

Lovely, quiet campground. The owner went out of her way in a quiet weekday to make sure the jump pad and bikes were available to our kids. The pool is very nice as are the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Nice place, but WAY out in the boonies! That makes it quiet and peaceful. There is not enough signage to direct you to KOA. We became concerned when we hit the bare gravel road through the trees and came upon a one lane bridge to get there. Nice enough place once you arrive, but getting there is not for the timid.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working with the township road commissioner to better the roads as they can. Unfortunately we do not own them. We will continue to work with them and pass along your comments.

This campground is beautiful!!! We came here sight unseen. We got the site with the nicest glass table and chairs on the patio. I hardly go inside the RV because I love it so much. It's October so most things are out of season. It's a nice campground with lots of room. We are not piled on top of each other which is so great!! No complaints.... I recommend this campground 100% In October beware of tons of stink bugs. Buy a fly swatter.... it will be your best friend.

I stayed at one of the cabins. It was more than perfect. The cabin was clean and just right for one, maybe two people. I use KOA for a secret hotel room. It cost less, you get more, and you can have a fire every night. The owner here is wonderful and my only complaint about her is she is fixing to retire soon. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
